When setting up your profile, link your Mastercard World and World Elite Card to receive your tax refunds.
Present your membership barcode at participating stores to automatically fill in Tax Free Forms.
Once forms are validated, your refund will be automatically credited to your Mastercard World and World Elite Card.

Visit the Global Blue VIP Lounge in the city.
Present your World and World Elite Card and Global Blue membership barcode or passport to the lounge staff.
Lounge staff will assist with refund process.
Airport Fast Lanes
