Eligible Mastercard Cardholders must request for fast track of Brilliant by Langham membership status per below steps:
Sign up for Brilliant by Langham membership before proceeding. You may register via the following link (https://www.brilliantbylangham.com/en/enrolment?enrolling_sponsor=1&enrolment_code=MCSTM) to obtain a Brilliant by Langham Membership Number via your registered email address upon successful registration.
Visit https://redemption.mastercard.com.
‘Sign-Up’ for a new account using your email and eligible Mastercard card or ‘Log-In’ using an existing account.
Click on "Brilliant by Langham”.
Click on "Get code" to obtain your one-time unique security code.
Once you retrieve your unique security code, contact Brilliant by Langham Membership team at (info.partnerships@brilliantbylangham.com) using the same email address you've signed up for the Brilliant by Langham account to request for the tier up by providing the following details:
Brilliant Membership Account First Name and Last Name.
Existing Brilliant Membership number.
Unique security code. Note that each unique code can only be validated once.
Eligible Cardholder: After Brilliant by Langham verifies and confirms your eligibility to the Promotion (i.e. your membership account and unique security code are valid), your new membership status will be reflected on Brilliant’s membership portal within 15 working days.
Ineligible Cardholder: Within 15 working days, Brilliant by Langham will send an email to inform you that you are not eligible for the Mastercard complimentary fast-track offer.
Please note that if your code is invalid, it has been validated before and you will not be awarded the fast-track offer.
