1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). Shell (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Octopus or Tap & Go, etc.).
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
10. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
11. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
12. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
13. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
14. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
15. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

17. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Shell V-Power Racing Gasoline Spending Discount" Terms and Conditions:

18. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
19. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy a discount of HKD8.2 per litre for Shell V-Power Racing gasoline spending with physical Eligible Card on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, up to HKD8.8 per litre together with Shell GO+ points value, with no minimum spending requirement.
20. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Time-Code (OTC) or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
21. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount and Shell App in-app offers except specifically stated.

“Shell FuelSave Gasoline Spending Discount " Terms and Conditions:

23. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
24. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy a discount of HKD7.2 per litre for Shell FuelSave Gasoline spending with physical Eligible Card on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, up to HKD7.6 per litre together with Shell GO+ points value, with no minimum spending requirement.
25. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Time-Code (OTC) or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
26. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount and Shell App in-app offers except specifically stated.

“HKD50 Fuel E-voucher upon spending with Shell Designated Lubricant Products” Terms and Conditions:
28. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
29. Cardholders will receive a HKD50 fuel e-voucher (with a validity period of 30 days from issuance) (“E-voucher”)upon purchasing designated lubricant products at Shell Service Centres with physical Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period. The designated lubricant products include: Shell Helix Power (4 Litres), Shell Helix Protect (4 Litres), Shell Helix Ultra ECT Multi (4 Litres), Shell Helix Ultra 0W-40 (4 Litres), Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 0W-30 (4 Litres) and Shell Helix Ultra Racing 10W-60 (4 Litres).
30. The E-voucher is only applicable to Shell Gas Stations (except Shell dedicated LPG Filing Stations). Shell GO+ members can enjoy an instant HKD50 deduction for purchase of fuel products.
31. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ one time password or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
32. The E-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
33. The offer is only applicable at designated station(s). Please contact the related station(s) to check on the opening hours/rest days in advance and make reservation for service. “Shell Select Convenience Store E-coupon” Terms and Conditions:
34. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
35. Cardholders will receive one Shell Select Convenience Store HKD10 e-coupon (“E-coupon”) upon first transaction of any gasoline purchase in each calendar month with physical Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period.
36. The E-coupon is only valid from 1 October 2024 [00:00] to 31 December 2024 [23:59].
37. Cardholders can use the E-coupon to enjoy an instant discount of HKD10 off upon spending HKD100 on Shell Select Convenience Store products (based on a single transaction on the same day, after deductions of voucher, conditional coupon and loyalty discounts; excluding fuel products, rice, cigarettes, Shell promotion premiums, and other specified goods).
38. Only one E-coupon can be used per transaction.
39. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Time-Code or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
40. The E-coupon cannot be resold, forwarded, transferred, exchanged for cash or other products.

“15% off on Shell Recharge monthly charging Plan with complimentary Deluxe Auto Car Wash offer” Terms and Conditions:
41. Shell Hong Kong Limited has authorized Halo Energy Limited to operate on its behalf the Shell Recharge monthly charging scheme.
42. Cardholders can enjoy 15% off on Shell Recharge monthly charging Plan at discounted price HKD1,870 (value for HKD2,200 Shell Recharge e-Coupon) (“Charging e-Coupon”) and a Deluxe Auto Car Wash Coupon (“Car Wash Coupon”).
43. Shell Recharge monthly charging plan covers the monthly charging fee only. Customers are required to pay the corresponding carpark monthly or hourly fee.
44. Cardholders can register the Shell Recharge monthly charging plan by submitting an application through Shell Recharge website. Cardholders will receive an email notification from Halo Energy Limited regarding the application status and a payment notice within 2 working days. Cardholders are required to pay HKD1,870 upon receiving the payment notice.
45. Once the cardholder receives the payment confirmation email from Halo Energy Limited, the Charging e-Coupon will be credited to cardholders's Shell Recharge account within 3 working days. Cardholders can use it in the e-wallet in the Shell Recharge app. The Charging e-Coupon is valid for 100 days upon issuance.
46. The Charging e-Coupon is applicable to Fast/ Mid chargers within all Shell Recharge stations. There may be price modifications and discrepancy subject to site and landlord's arrangement.
47. If the Charging e-Coupon is not used up within the validity period, the balance will not be refunded or accumulated for the next time use.
48. If the electric vehicle leaves early during the charging session or the battery is 100% full after starting the Shell Recharge charging service, that charging session may not obtain the maximum electricity capacity as indicated by the service plan. The remaining electricity of the plan will not be accumulated for the next use.
49. Cardholders can use the Car Wash Coupon at designated Shell stations with car wash bays for a deluxe auto car wash service.
50. The Car Wash Coupon can be redeemed from now on till February 28, 2025 (exclude January 15-28, 2025), unless specified otherwise by Shell Hong Kong Limited.
51. The Car Wash Coupon is only applicable for service vans or lower model. Shell stations reserve the right to refuse the provision of auto car wash service based on the vehicle’s condition.
52. The Car Wash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not redeemable for cash or any other items.
53. The Car Wash Coupon can only be redeemed at Shell Airport (Cargo Terminal) Gas and Charging Station, Shatin City One Station, Tseung Kwan O Station, Au Tau Station and Lei Yue Mun Road Station. For details: go.shell.com/CarWashCarCare
54. The Car Wash Coupon is only applicable at opening hours of designated Shell stations.
55. Individual Shell stations may adjust redemption date without prior notice as they deem fit.
56. The promotion subjects to a quota of 500 on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts. Quota full message will be shown on Shell Recharge Application if the quota is full.
57. Shell Hong Kong Limited and Halo Energy Limited reserve the right to the final decision in case of disputes, and the right to amend the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice.
58. Customer must follow the conditions of parking and use of car park with Shell Recharge charging station. Shell Hong Kong Limited and Halo Energy Limited will not be held responsible for any damage to or theft of customers’ vehicles.
