Terms and Conditions of OpenRice x Mastercard® “Exclusive Dining Privileges” – Exclusive Privilege:
This promotion offer is only applicable to a cardholder holding a valid World Mastercard or World Elite Mastercard card (“Eligible Mastercard card”)issued by Mastercard issuers in Hong Kong and Macau (“Issuers”). A cardholder holding a valid Eligible Mastercard card shall be referred to as the "Cardholder" below. An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder makes a transaction through OpenRice mobile application and uses his/her Eligible Mastercard card to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with that transaction. By participating in this promotion offer, the Cardholder acknowledges that he/she/it has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Promotion Period of the offer runs from 8 February 2024 at 12:00am to 8 May 2024 at 11:59pm, time refers to Hong Kong time (“Promotion Period”).
1. This promotion offer only applies to OpenRice Pay Service.
2. Promotion participant must be an OpenRice member, maintain a valid OpenRice mobile application/website user account with a valid registered mobile phone number, and register an Eligible Mastercard card as the payment method for OpenRice Pay Service.
3. Promotion participant must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
4. Exclusive Privilege (“Offer”): In every promotion week starting from Thursday to Wednesday during Promotion Period, OpenRice member can enjoy HK$100 instant discount upon single net transaction amount of HK$500 or above after deducting cash voucher, revisit offer or other discounts using OpenRice Pay with a registered and Eligible Mastercard card at designated restaurants. 100 quotas per promotion week and 1,300 quotas throughout the Promotion Period on first-come first-served basis. Each eligible OpenRice member and eligible Mastercard card can only enjoy the Offer once per promotion week.

Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by the Openrice Limited and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. Openrice Limited and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Eligible Mastercard card without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
13. Openrice Limited and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
14. Openrice Limited and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
15. Users are responsible for all expenses regarding to this campaign, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance.
16. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Mastercard card year-round offer: In every promotion week starting from Thursday to Wednesday during Promotion Period, OpenRice member can enjoy HK$50 instant discount upon single net transaction amount of HK$400 or above after deducting cash voucher, revisit offer or other discounts using OpenRice Pay with a registered and Eligible Mastercard card. 125 quotas per promotion week and 6,500 quotas throughout the Promotion Period on first-come first-served basis. Each eligible OpenRice member and eligible Mastercard card can only enjoy the Offer once per promotion week.
