5. The use of any Eligible Mastercard is subject to relevant cardholder terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Mastercard Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (“Mastercard”)
6. Mastercard and Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the whole or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and shall not bear any responsibility arising out of or in connection with such amendment, suspension, cancellation or termination.
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
8. In case of disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of LUBUDS Group, Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd. (“Mastercard”) and the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
9. In case of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
