Terms and conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the offers (as defined in Clause 18) apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). GHK HOSPITAL LIMITED Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s promotion period of offers is valid from now to December 31, 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
5.Unless otherwise specified, the offer(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6.Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
7.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8.Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10.Citibank and the respective Merchant reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
11.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
12.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

14.(a)    The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong.   It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. 15.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
16.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
17.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

18.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 19% off on Pearl Health Screening Package and Special Privileges on Citigold Private & Citigold Health Screening Package (“Offers 2”) at Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong , details as below:

21.Cardholders should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offers 2 and the services arranged by the Merchant before receiving the same.

24.Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
25.Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Eligible Cards issued by Citi-HK.
26.The Offers 2 are applicable to regular priced services or designated products and/or services only and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the Merchant for details.
27.Offers 2 cannot be exchanged for cash, other products and services or discounts and are not transferable. 
28.Cardholders may be asked to verify the identity by presenting the Eligible Card’s proof of eligibility (as acceptable by the Merchant) before they are able to enjoy the Offers 2. Please check details with the Merchant.
29.Prices and product/service/offer descriptions are provided by the Merchant and are for reference only. 
30.The Merchant reserves the right to amend any discounts without prior notice.
31.In case of any dispute, the decision of Citi-HK and Merchant shall be final.
