1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is on every Saturday and Sunday from August 24, 2024 to November 17, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). FANCL (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
5. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
12. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
13. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Citi Spending Reward: Enjoy HK$100 FANCL e-coupon" Terms and Conditions:

17. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to transactions made at the physical stores of FANCL in Hong Kong.
18. Cardholders can get a HK$100 FANCL e-coupon upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3) of HK$1,499 or above at FANCL with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.
19. During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder is entitled to the offer once per day.
20. The promotion subjects to a daily quota on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts without prior notice. The system record of FANCL shall prevail under any circumstances.

21. Cardholders must download iFANCL HK App to register as member and show Citibank Eligible Cards upon redemption.
22. Each iFANCL member can only redeem once.

“HK$100 FANCL e-coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:

25. The HK$100 FANCL e-coupon (“e-coupon”) under this promotion are issued in denomination of HK$100. The e-coupon will be credited to the Cardholder’s iFANCL App member account within one hour upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction or each successful Redemption respectively by the Merchant.
26. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the offers based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
27. Each e-coupon under this promotion is valid from 24 August to 31 December, 2024 and can be used for next purchase with minimum single spending requirement of HK$300 made by Eligible Cards at FANCL HK physical stores, for any e-coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The e-coupon cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the e-coupon. The e-coupon are non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions, please contact the Merchant for details.
28. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the e-coupon(s) rewarded directly from the Cardholders’ iFANCL member account without prior notice.
29. Unless otherwise specified, the e-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
