Terms and conditions

“Enjoy up to HK$500 off / 10% off at Jebsen Travel” Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from now till December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period’).
2. The promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The Jebsen Travel (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book relevant travel products at Jebsen Travel outlet and provide the promo code “CITI2026” to enjoy the following offers (“Offers”): Offer 1: HK$200 savings per person on selected Air Ticket and Hotel Packages Offer 2: HK$500 savings per person on selected Fly-Cruise Packages Offer 3: 5% savings on selected Club Med, Rail Europe passes, and Cruises (cruise fare only) Offer 4: 10% savings on Lüftner Cruises (cruise fare only)
4. The Offers are only applicable to bookings with a minimum of two adults traveling together.
5. The Offers apply only to selected products.
6. Applicable Rail Europe passes include: Eurail Global Pass, Eurail One Country Pass (excluding Germany), Swiss Travel Card, and Swiss Half Fare Card.
7. Valid for new bookings made on or after 1 January 2026.
8. The Offers are not applicable to s excursions for cruise products.
9. Packages are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable.
10. The Offers are available to Hong Kong residents only.
11. Cardholders must travel together.
12. The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Suppliers and the travel agency reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and make the final decision in case of any General Terms and Conditions
13. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
14. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
15. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
16. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
17. Citibank and merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
18. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
19. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
20. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
21. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
