General Terms & Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 14, 15, 16 and 17) promotion period are valid from now till December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Cuisine Continental Group (HK) Limited / Cuisine Continental (HK) Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers, or dates designated by the merchants.
6. Availability of the Offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant's absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. For the Offers, advance reservation is required, and Cardholders must be one of the patrons.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
9. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
10. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

13. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

14. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy Buy 1 Get 1 Free French Heritage Croissant upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 20) of HK$200 or above and using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full at Délifrance Café’s outlets during the Promotion Period. Quota applies, while the quota lasts (“Offer 1”).
15. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 10% off on any purchase of regular priced food or drinks from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) after 6:00p.m. during the Promotion Period and using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full at Délifrance Bistro’s outlets (“Offer 2”).
16. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 10% off on any purchase of regular priced food or drinks from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) after 6:00p.m. during the Promotion Period and using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full at alfafa’s outlets (except Hong Kong University branch) (“Offer 3”).
17. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy Free Coconut Ice Cream in Young Coconut Shell (Regular Price at HK$108) upon any regular priced spending of HK$500 or above, from Monday to Thursday (except Public Holidays) during the Promotion Period and using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full at Chatterbox Café’s outlets, but subject to quota availability, while the quota lasts (“Offer 4”).
18. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge (if applicable) is not included in the Offers and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
19. Limited quantities of quota are available for the Offers. Please inquire about the quota status with the Merchant.
20. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
