General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18) promotion period are valid from September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, both dates inclusive or when the Offers quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Tonkichi (HK) Limited trading as Tonkichi, Million Rank (HK) Limited trading as Pokka Café, Pick Coffee by Pokka Café and Pick Coffee, Cheer Luck Corporation Limited trading as Tong Tong Town and Just Steak (HK) Limited trading as Just Steak by Cow Bean (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, takeaway, or dates designated by the merchants.
7. Availability of the Offers are subject to Offers or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
9. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.
13. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not Offersed to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an Offers, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

14. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy Exclusive VIP Set for two persons at HK$580 (Original Price at HK$828) at Tonkichi’s outlets upon using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability, for dine-in only. (“Offer 1”).
15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy Exclusive VIP Set for two persons at HK$538 (Original Price at HK$768) at the Pokka Café, Pick Coffee by Pokka Café and Pick Coffee‘s outlets upon using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability (“Offer 2”).
16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 15% instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$300 at Tong Tong Tang’s outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, subject to quota availability (“Offer 3”).
17. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 15% instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$200 at Pokka Café, Pick Coffee by Pokka Café and Pick Coffee’s outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, subject to quota availability (“Offer 4”).
18. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 15% instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$200 at Just Steak by Cow Bean’s outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, subject to quota availability (“Offer 5”).
19. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offers and will be based on original price.
20. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, cash voucher nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other Offers.
21. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
22. Each Cardholders can enjoy the respective Offer once per order. Each Cardholders can enjoy the Offers unlimited time within the Promotion Period with Eligible Cards but subject to respective quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective quota lasts.
23. The Offer 1 is only applicable for dine-in. The Offer 1 is not applicable to walk-in takeaway, online takeaway ordering and the order from 3rd party delivery platform.
24. The Offer 2, Offer 3, Offer 4 and Offer 5 are only applicable for dine-in, walk-in takeaway and online takeaway ordering. The Offers are not applicable to the order from 3rd party delivery platform.
25. The Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3, Offer 4 and Offer 5 cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
26. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offers. The Offers commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s outlets on September 1 and October 1, 2024 respectively (Hong Kong Time), and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s outlets on September 30 and October 31, 2024 respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the outlets and about the quota status with the Merchant.
27. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts and reductions. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
