1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the Offer (as defined in Clause 19) quota hereof is reached, whichever wis earlier (“Promotion Period”) (based on transaction dates).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards (excluding Citi Unionpay Cards) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Yoho Hong Kong Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s), please contact the Merchant for details.
3. The promotion is only applicable to YOHO online shop (https://www.yohohongkong.com) (“YOHO online shop”).
4. The promotion is only applicale to YOHO member.
5. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
6. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
7. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
8. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
9. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
10. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
11. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
12. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
13. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
14. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
15. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

18. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Cardholders can enjoy HK$150 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 4) of HK$2,000 or above at YOHO online shop with Eligible Card and must successfully enter the designated promotion code CITI 2025 (“Promo Code”) at the checkout page during the Promotion Period (“Offer”).
20. Each Cardholders can use the Promo Code 2 times per month times only during the Promotion Period, subject to a quota of 6,000 Promo Codes on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts. Quota full message will be shown on YOHO online shop if the quota is full.
21. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion or offer.
22. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
