1.       Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 15 and 16) promotion period is from October 14, 2024 to December 2, 2024 (both date inclusive) and is valid only on Monday (commence at designated time) (if applicable), and ended on the same day at designated time to when the Offer quota is reached on the same day, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).

2.       Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Cuisine Continental Group (HK) Limited / Cuisine Continental (HK) Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.

3.       Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the respective Promotion Period to enjoy the respective Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

4.       Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers upon ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.

5.       Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.

6.       Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

7.       Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery services.

8.       Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

9.       Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

10.   Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

11.   All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

12.   In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

16.   Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy Takeaway Buy 1 Get 1 Free designated items at the Merchant’s outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, for takeaway on Monday during the Promotion Period, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 2”).

19.   The Offers 2 are only applicable to walk-in takeaway and not applicable to online takeaway ordering, dine-in and order from3rd party delivery platform.

20.   Cardholders can enjoy the Offer(s) once per order.

21.   No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.

22.   Cardholders need to notice the staff for using the offer upon seating or ordering.

23.   The Offers 1 and Offers 2 cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
