Terms and conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). HKT Education Limited(“The merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
4.Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6.Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7.Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
8.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants.
9.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
10.Other Terms and Conditions apply, please inquire the details with the respective merchants.
11.(a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
(i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
12.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
13.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
14.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Citi Mastercard Credit Card Exclusive: HKT education’s Notebook Ownership Programme 2026 Offer” Terms & Conditions:
15.Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion Period for the Offer (as defined in Clause 16) is from now until November 30, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the Offer quota is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
16.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders using Eligible Cards on the Merchant’s Platform (as defined in Clause 17) are eligible to  receive corresponding amount of csl Handset and Accessory and Service e-gift voucher (“e-gift Voucher”) equivalent to maximum 5% off of the transaction value, capped at HK$650 per transaction, on a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 18) of HK$3,500 or above for purchases made under the Notebook Ownership Program . Payment must be settled in full with an Eligible Card through HKT education Portals. This Offer is subject to quota availability and is applied on a first-come, first-served basis (“Offer”). Details are as follows: 

17.HKT education’s Notebook Ownership Programme 2026 portal (https://www.hkteducation.com/nop/student_staff/ and https://www.hkteducation.com/nop/alumni/ ) or HKT education’s participation in post-secondary schools’ roadshows (collectively defined as “Merchant’s Platform”).
18.A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“HKT education- Completed a purchase at designated amount in Notebook Ownership Programme 2026, enjoy csl Handset and Accessory and Service e-gift voucher ”  Usage Terms and Conditions:
19.Cardholder who successfully complete a purchased at designated amount through the HKT education Portals (https://www.hkteducation.com/nop/student_staff/ and https://www.hkteducation.com/nop/alumni/)  using an eligible card, they will be entitled to receive corresponding amount of csl Handset and Accessory and Service e-gift voucher (“e-gift Voucher”) within 30 working days.  Cardholder must access and/or use the e-gift Voucher via the designated mobile app.
20.The e-gift Voucher will be delivered within 30 working days after the order has been completed, through the designated mobile app's ""My Wallet"" in the form of a coupon. Please refer to the requirements below to identify the mobile app you should download and register for a membership. Cardholder must download designated apps to get the coupon. You should refer to the mobile phone number you used to register for the Education Offer Service Account when checking which mobile app you should download and register.
21.If the mobile number provided is a csl / 1O1O / Club Sim number, the coupon can be viewed on the corresponding mobile app of csl / 1O1O / Club Sim. If the mobile number provided is a non-csl / 1O1O / Club Sim number, customer can login csl app as a guest and the coupon can only be viewed on the csl mobile app.

csl Handset and Accessory and Service e- gift voucher (“This e-gift voucher”) Usage Terms and Conditions:
22.This e-gift voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance by the system and will become invalid after the expiry date.
23.This e- gift voucher can be used only at dedicated csl shops and 1O1O Centre (except Maritime Square, East Point City, Cityplaza, Fanling Town Center, Tin Yiu Plaza) and only applicable to the usage for products and services by CSL Mobile Limited.
24.This e- gift voucher can be used only for the purchase of designated handsets, tablets and handset accessories at their suggested retail prices. (Not applicable to designated Apple products) or for monthly fee rebates on designated new 1O1O / csl / Club Sim monthly service plan. To redeem This e- gift voucher, customer must present the original e-gift voucher and the valid proof of identity for validation. For the details, please contact our staff.
25.To use this e- gift voucher for the purchase of designated standalone items, Cardholder must pay in full, and no change will be given.
26.To use this e- gift voucher for a designated 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim monthly service plan, Cardholder must be a new 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim customer who have newly subscribed a designated 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim service plan with at least 24 months commitment period. The designated e- gift voucher amount (HK$50/HK$100/HK$200) will be credited to the customer's 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim account by installments from the 1st to the 10th installment during the commitment period as a monthly rebate (HK$5/HK$10/HK$20 rebate per monthly fee, total rebate HK$50/HK$100/HK$200).The service fee rebate is only applicable to the designated e- gift voucher amount, and is not applicable to any value-added services or additional fees outside the basic monthly plan fee of our designated plans. Each 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim service plan can only enjoy the monthly fee rebate once. The customer must remain to be a 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim customer to be entitled to receive the rebate. When all rebate amount has been used to pay for the bill(s), Cardholder will need to pay the monthly service fee and fees made by the service plan in the bill. If the customer terminates the service early during the 1st to 10th commitment period, the rebate for the remaining periods will be forfeited without further notice. 27.Incomplete, damaged or printed e- gift vouchers will not be accepted.
28.Unless otherwise stated, this e- gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, e-Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers or credit card interest-free installment plan and are non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
29.This e- gift voucher will not be re-issued in the event of lost or stolen or misused or damaged or expired.
30.CSL Mobile Limited is not responsible for any loss, theft, misuse or damage of any issued e- gift voucher.
31.The use of This e- gift voucher is subject to terms and conditions. Please contact our staff for details.
32.CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel This e- gift voucher and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
33.In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited will be final, binding and conclusive.
