“Limited-Time Offer: Extra 20% off Worldwide Hotel Booking on Hotels.com” (“The Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from December 12, 2025 00:00 Hong Kong time till December 21, 2025 23:59 Hong Kong time, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). For status of the quota, please refer to Hotels.com website (https://zh.hotels.com/citi-hk) for details.

2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Hotels.com (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact Merchant for details.

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make pre-paid hotel-only booking at website https://zh.hotels.com/citi-hk and enter the coupon code “CTHT20” prior to proceeding with payment using Eligible Cards to enjoy extra 20% off (“Offer”), with a maximum discount of HK$200 per transaction. This Offer cannot be used on a booking of a hotel combined with other offering such as flight + hotel package or flight + hotel + car package. This Offer also cannot be used on accommodation supplied by third party.
 
4. This Offer cannot be redeemed through call centre or support agent.
 
5. This Offer applies only to bookings with travel period between December 12, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
 
6. This Offer applies only to bookings with length of stay at least 1 night.
 
7. This Offer can be redeemed by each Hotels.com user up to two times throughout the Promotion Period.
 
8. The applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
 
9. This Offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.
 
10. The Offer can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid for at the destination or charged by the supplier.
 
11. This Offer cannot be redeemed against stays at zh.hotels.com/lp/b/hotel-exclusions. The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
 
12. Only one Offer may be used per transaction.
 
13. In the event of a single transaction booking for multiple rooms, the discount will apply only to the lowest-priced room (e.g., if three rooms are booked, the discount will apply only to one of the three rooms, specifically the lowest-priced one, and not to all rooms)
 
14. This Offer cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (including, without limitation, any fees or charges that may be payable for extra guests attending the activity, parking costs or other charges), which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

15. This Offer may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Offer are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefit under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar program offered by third party marketing affiliates of Hotels.com.
 
16. This Offer cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. This Offer has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. This Offer may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
 
17. This Offer is void where prohibited by law and may only be used by the intended recipients who are legal residents of Hong Kong aged 18 and over.
 
18. This Offer may not be used by any other person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
 
19. Improper use of this Offer, including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Offer, is prohibited, may result in the voiding of the Offer use and may constitute fraud.
 
20. This Offer may not be transferred or sold. Any Offer obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
 
21. If Hotels.com becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Hotels.com’s reasonable opinion), that a customer: (a) has breached these Terms and Conditions of Use of Offer; (b) has obtained this Coupon from an unauthorized channel; (c) has used the Offer with a view to re-selling any travel product booked; (d) engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or (e) otherwise acted fraudulently, Hotels.com may, in its absolute discretion, stop the Offer and/or cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Offer without giving any reasons thereon. Hotels.com reserves the right not to refund customers for the cancelled transactions, including any non-refundable bookings.
 
22. This Offer can only be used by a customer making a booking directly https://zh.hotels.com/citi-hk, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
 
23. Hotels.com reserves the right to vary the conditions of use of the Offer or to withdraw the Offer at any time. Hotels.com's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
 
 
General Terms and Conditions (If applicable)
 
24. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

25. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

26. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice. 
27. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

28. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
29. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
30. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
31. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
32. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

34.
