“Citi Cards Exclusive: Extra 5% off Club Med resort bookings” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period is from January 1, 2026 till November 21, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Club Med (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book a minimum of four (4) consecutive nights at any Club Med APAC all-inclusive resort through the Club Med Hong Kong Call Center (Tel: +852 3856 0468 / WhatsApp +852 8400 5324) with an Eligible Card to enjoy an additional 5% discount on top of the regular promotional or structural price, i.e., Club Med summer and winter early bird offers which can be accessed from the Club Med Hong Kong official website. (“Offer(s)”). Payments must be made through the Eligible Cards.
4. This Offer is not applicable to bookings made through other channels and cannot be combined with other ad-hoc promotions, i.e. Club Med flash sales. The Offer is subject to blackout dates and room availability, and is valid only for bookings confirmed within the Promotional Period and stays completed on or before November 27, 2026. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse the Offer if no rooms are available on certain dates.
5. This Offer is applicable to both land packages and air packages.
6. This Offer is applicable for new bookings only.

General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):
7. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
12. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
13. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
15. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
