Citi Cards X Trip.com Monthly Limited Offers (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Trip.com”) (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Trip.com for details.
2.Phase 1 of the Promotion is valid from March 1, 2026 at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offer (as defined in Clause 5). The quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on March 1, April 1, May 1, June 1, July 1, August 1, 2026 respectively (Hong Kong Time), and will expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, July 31, August 31, 2026 respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Status of the quota please refer to Trip.com website.
3.Phase 2 of the Promotion is valid from September 1, 2026 at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to February 28, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offer (as defined in Clause 5). The quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, 2026 and January 1, February 1, 2027 respectively (Hong Kong Time), and will expire at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, October 31, November 30, December 31, 2026 and January 31, February 28, 2027 respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Status of the quota please refer to Trip.com website.
4.Hotel stays, and flight departure dates are valid from March 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027 for Phase 1, and September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for Phase 2. Validity for attractions and tours depends on the specific product and its availability. Train validity is subject to regional differences and availability.
5.During the Promotion Period, cardholders are required to book flight, prepaid hotel, train ticket and attractions & tours product with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 9) upon designated amount(s) via designated link (https://hk.trip.com/t/citibank-hk-en or https://hk.trip.com/sale/5545/citibank.html?locale=en_hk&curr=hkd&allianceid=3929073&sid=23265071), enter the designated Promo Code(s) prior to proceeding with payment with Eligible Card and fulfil the following requirements (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) to enjoy below offer(s)(“Offers”):
5.1.“Citi Prestige Card Exclusive Instant discount of HK$500 for prepaid hotel bookings”: Make prepaid hotel bookings with Single Net Transaction (hotel room rate after charges, local government taxes and service charges) of HK$2,500 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Citi Prestige Card to enjoy HK$500 instant discount (“Offer 1”). Applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only. The Offer 1 is limited to 80 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
5.2.“Citi Prestige Card Exclusive Instant discount of HK$500 for flight bookings”: Make flight bookings with Single Net Transaction (excluding taxes and surcharges; the offer is not applicable to China domestic flight, selected flight routes nor to the flight ticket which has payment method restriction) of HK$2,500 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Citi Prestige Card to enjoy HK$500 instant discount (“Offer 2”). The Offer 2 is limited to 80 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
5.3.“Instant discount of HK$180 for prepaid hotel bookings”: Make prepaid hotel bookings with Single Net Transaction (hotel room rate after charges, local government taxes and service charges) of HK$1,200 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$180 instant discount (“Offer 3”). Applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only. The Offer 3 is limited to 700 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
5.4.“Instant discount of HK$180 for flight bookings”: Make flight bookings with Single Net Transaction (excluding taxes and surcharges; not applicable for domestic flights in Mainland China) of HK$1,800 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$180 instant discount (“Offer 4”). The Offer 4 is limited to 650 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
5.5.“Instant discount of HK$40 for train ticket bookings”: Make train ticket bookings with Single Net Transaction of HK$400 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$40 instant discount (“Offer 5”). Only valid for prepaid high speed rail tickets. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the offer may not be valid on some products. The Offer 5 is limited to 140 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
5.6.“Instant discount of HK$40 for attractions & tours bookings”: Make attractions & tours product bookings with Single Net Transaction of HK$400 or above and input the monthly designated Promo Code listed on the campaign page in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$40 instant discount (“Offer 6”). Only valid for prepaid attractions & tours products. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the offer may not be valid on some products. The Offer 6 is limited to 140 quota per month, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 
6.Cardholders must sign up as a Trip.com member or log in to your Trip.com member account to enjoy the offer.
7.The Promo Code(s) can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (“App”), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (“Website”) (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
8.During the Promotion Period, each Trip.com member account can enjoy each of Offer 1 – 2 at most 1 time per month and each of Offer 3 – 6 at most 2 times per month, but subject to respective monthly quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective quota lasts.
9.A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
10.Each order can be applied with one Promo Code only. All orders must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with the Eligible Cards.
11.The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins, gift cards and other offers.
12.In case of cancelling the orders with Promo Code applied, the Promo Code(s) will be automatically returned to customer’s account, and if stock lasts, it can be used again during the Promotion Period. In the event of cancelling the orders with Promo Code applied by contacting the Customer Service and requesting making changes, the Promo Code will no longer be valid.
13.For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline. For attractions and tours, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular car rental order. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the suppliers. For trains, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular car rental order. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the suppliers.
14.Cancellation or change of schedule of flight, prepaid hotel, high speed rail tickets and tours& tickets product bookings has to be arranged via Trip.com’s customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective flight, prepaid hotel, high speed rail ticket and tours& tickets product purchased of airlines/ suppliers. Offers used for the Eligible Transactions/bookings which are then modified will be considered as invalid. The customers must cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy the offer again. For the avoidance of any doubt, the customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy the offer again if the quota has been used up at the time they book the product again.
15.The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified). 
16.The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable. 
17.Citibank Hong Kong and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the Promo Code as it has expired; it is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
18.Citibank is not responsible for any matters related to the goods or services. All responsibilities regarding the goods or services shall be borne solely by Trip.com.
19.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Trip.com.

General Terms & Conditions: 
21.Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from Trip.com. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
22.The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
23.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective Trip.com’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 
24.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective Trip.com is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. 
25.Citibank and Trip.com reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and Trip.com accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
26.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Trip.com. 
27.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

29.(a)    The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong.   It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. (ii)Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
30.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
31.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
32.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
