Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
4.Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the offer and will be charged based on original price and borne by Cardholders.

10.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

15.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Special Terms and Conditions:
16.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from now until October 31, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
17.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$35 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$300 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Rakuraku Ramen, La’Taste, Taipei Canteen, Taipei Rendezvous, Match2 Taiwanese Kitchen, Takano, Tsukanto, Dzo Dzo, 366 San Roku Roku Pan, Kumo Soba, Social, Khao San and Truffle Donut in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to the quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 1”).
18.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$65 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$550 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Que, Parkview, Canton House, Golden Dragon, Dab-Pa, Izakaya Hirokoji and Kru Thai in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to the quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 2”).
19.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$80 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$800 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Nabe Urawa, San-Kinn Taiwanese Hot Pot, Yakiniku Guu, Azure 80 and Moments Together in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to the quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 3”).
20.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
21.The Offers are only applicable for dine-in and walk-in takeaway. The Offers are not applicable for the order from 3rd party delivery platform.
22.Cardholders can enjoy the Offer(s) once per order. 
23.No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order. 
24.Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offers. The Offers commence at the opening hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on July 30, August 1, September 1 and October 1, 2026 respectively, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on July 31, August 31, September 30 and October 31, 2026 respectively, or when the quotas have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the participating restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.
25.A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

18.    Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is  not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
19.    The Offer is applicable for dine-in only, not applicable for takeaway orders, promotions from third-party platforms, or reservation discounts. 
20.    Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per order. Each order is counted based on a single electronic valid receipt. 
21.    No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order. 
22.    The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the group's physical cash vouchers, member upgrade e-vouchers, or the 15% discount for AKABEKO members' dine-in (except for member e-vouchers - Happy Points Rewards Coupon).
23.    Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offer. The Offer commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s outlets on August 1, September 1 and October 1, 2026 respectively, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s outlets on August 31, September 30 and October 31, 2026 respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the outlets and about the quota status with the Merchant.
24.    A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“Cash Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:
1.    The HK$50 Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) under this promotion is issued in denomination of HK$50. The Cash Coupon will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by Tajimaya (HK) Co., Ltd. (“Merchant”). 
2.    The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the Cash Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
3.    Each Cash Coupon under this promotion is valid from August 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027 and can be used for next time upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$50 by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at the Merchant’s restaurants, for any Cash Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The Cash Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details. 
4.    The original Cash Coupon must be presented for settlement. The Merchant’s staff will collect the Cash Coupon upon redemption. Any remaining balance must be settled by Citibank Eligible Cards.
5.    Each transaction can only use one Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion unless otherwise specified.
6.    Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to replace the Cash Coupon with a gift of similar value.
7.    Cash Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
8.    Citibank is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
9.    Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the Merchant.
10.    If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the cash coupon(s) rewarded without prior notice.
11.    Unless otherwise specified, the cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
12.    Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
