“Citi x Goldjoy Holidays Cruise Offers” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion period is valid from May 5, 2026 to May 14, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
2. This Promotion applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Goldjoy Holidays (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy the following privileges upon booking designated cruise line or package at Goldjoy Holidays physical stores and website (www.goldjoy.com) (“Offer”):
Offer 1: 10% off cruise fare on selected cruise line
Offer 2: Up to HK$800 off on Singapore Cruise Package
4. Each customer is limited to use the Offer once only.
5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, membership benefits, gift vouchers or cash coupons unless otherwise specified. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
6. The Offer is subject to limited availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. Any changes or cancellations to flight tickets, cruise tickets, or cruise packages will be subject to penalties determined by the relevant airline or cruise company. In addition to the fees imposed under the terms of the respective organizations, Goldjoy Holiday reserves the right to charge additional fees for changes or cancellations. 8. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing one hotel room or cruise cabin. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude tax, fuel surcharge, NCCF, insurance charge, visa fee and service charges.
9. All designated cruise ticket prices and packages are subject to confirmation at the time of reservation, the final count of participants and seat availability. Goldjoy Holidays reserves the right to apply a surcharge during peak periods.

General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):
12. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
13. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
14. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
15. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
16. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
17. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
18. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
19. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

21. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. (i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
22. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
23. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
