EC Dental Care Terms & Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from now to August 18, 2025, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).Treatment offers at HAIR FOREST (the “Outlet”) is HK$380 PLASONIC Active-Boost Hair Treatment, and a complimentary scalp consultation(the “Treatment Offer”).
2. The promotion is only offered at designated centers including Health & Care Dental Clinic in Central, Mongkok, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Sha Tin and Tai Po.
3. Customer must be a new customer of EC Dental Care and Health & Care Dental Clinic at the same time.
4. Customer must provide promo code T1367 to make a booking in advance WhatsApp (852) 6450 0900 or designated online registration form and indicate the use of the offer when making an appointment.
5. Customers shall present their Citi credit card upon arrival at the Merchant to enjoy the Offer.
6. Each Customer can only enjoy the Offer (for one person only) once during the Promotion Period.
7. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Merchant before receiving the same.
8. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Treatment Offer without further notice.
9. In case of any dispute in respect of the Treatment Offer, Citibank and the Merchant have the final decision.
10. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
