“Enjoy 5% off and US$100 onboard credit at Celebrity Cruises” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period is from April 4, 2026 to April 13 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Celebrity Cruises by Jebsen Holidays Ltd (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Offer 1: Customer must book seven nights or above cruise departing on or before 31 Dec 2026 cruise vacation through celebritycruises.com.hk website and enter the promo code “5CITI2026” within the promotional period to enjoy the offer.
4. Offer 2: Book 7 nights or above sailings departing from 1 Sep, 2026, to 31 Dec, 2026 (excluding Galapagos sailings), customers who stay in a veranda cabin or higher category will receive a complimentary onboard credit of US$100 per stateroom. Onboard credit is only to be used during the cruise vacation, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused or remaining onboard credit will be void on or before 11:59p.m. on the night before disembarkation.
5. The offers are not applicable to taxes, port fees, cruise fuel surcharges and other miscellaneous fees.
6. The Offer is only applicable to Hong Kong residents.
7. The Offer does not have cash value and cannot be redeemed in cash.
8. The Offer applies to Cardholders of Eligible Cards, can book up to three (3) cabins on the same sailing, and the Cardholder must be one of the travellers on that sailing.
9. Once the cabin is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed to other departures, or other sailing itineraries.
10. Cruise ticket issuance conditions remain the same as laid on Celebrity Cruises’ official website www.celebritycruises.com.
11. Merchant reserves the right of altering any terms and conditions, and final decision in case of any dispute.

General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):
12. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
13. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
14. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
15. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
16. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
17. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
18. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
19. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

21. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. (i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates;
(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
22. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
23. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
