Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”)(“Cardholders”), who are also registered members of Shell Recharge Mobile Application 2.0 (“Shell Recharge App”) under Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Merchant”)(“Eligible Cardholders”). The Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Eligible Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3. Eligible Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5.  Availability of the Offers are  subject to offers or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7.  Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
8.  All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.
11. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.

(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offers are not applicable to:
(i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any Offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.

13. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

14.    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

15. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer 1 ’s (as defined in Clause 16) promotion period is valid from now to September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). 
16. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who successfully made a single top -up of a net spending of HK$600 charging amount via the Shell Recharge App are entitled to a HK$30 charging e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”)(“Offer 1”).
17. Offer 1 is subject to a quota limit for the Promotion Period and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts without prior notice.
18. This e-Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
19. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
20. The e-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
21.  Net spending means the final amount charged to the payment. The use of cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.
22.  Each transaction can use one e-Voucher only.
23. The Merchant has authorized Halo Energy Limited (Halo) to operate on its behalf the Shell Recharge x Citi Top-up Promotion..
24.  Once Halo Energy Limited confirms received the eligible top-up payment, The e-Voucher will be credited to Eligible Cardholders 's Shell Recharge account within 3 working days. Eligible Cardholders can use it in the Shell Recharge app.
25.  The e-Voucher covers the charging fee for electric vehicle only. Eligible Cardholders need to pay the monthly or hourly parking fee by their own.
26.  The e-Voucher is applicable to Fast / Mid charges within all Shell Recharge stations. There may be price modifications and discrepancy subject to site and landlord's arrangement.
27. If Eligible cardholders need to change their credit card payment due to loss, renewal, anti-counterfeiting of the credit card or any other reason, Eligible cardholders agrees to authorize Halo Energy Limited to charge the relevant fee with the Eligible card. 28. If the e-Voucher is not used up on or before expiry date, neither refund nor accumulation of unused credits will be arranged.
29.  If the electric vehicle leaves early during the charging session or the battery is 100% full after starting the Shell Recharge charging service, that charging session may not obtain the maximum electricity capacity as indicated by the service plan. The remaining electricity of the plan will not be accumulated for the next use.
30. The Merchant and Halo Energy Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes, and the right to amend the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice.
31. Eligible Cardholders must follow the conditions of parking and use of Shell Recharge’s carpark. Eligible Cardholders must comply with the rules of the car park. In the event of any damage or theft of the customer's vehicle, neither The Merchant nor Halo Energy Limited shall pay any compensation or shall be liable.

33. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer 2 ’s (as defined in Clause 34) promotion period is valid from now to September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). 
34. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who successfully made a single top-up of a net spending of HK$1,900 charging amount via the Shell Recharge App are entitled to receive one HK$190 Prepaid Pass (“Prepaid Pass”) and one Shell Auto Car Wash Service HK$35 discount e-coupon (“Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon”) will be sent to the customer’s registered email. 35. Offer 2 is subject to a quota limit for the Promotion Period and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts without prior notice.
36. This Prepaid Pass is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
37. This Prepaid Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
38. The Prepaid Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
39. The Prepaid Pass cannot be used at St. Paul Hospital Charging Site.
40. Net spending means the final amount charged to the payment. The use of cash or gift vouchers, other 
discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.
41. Each transaction can use one Prepaid Pass only.
42. The Merchant has authorized Halo Energy Limited (Halo) to operate on its behalf the Shell Recharge x Citi Top-up Promotion.
43. Once Halo Energy Limited confirms receiving the eligible top-up payment, The Prepaid Pass will be credited to customer's Shell Recharge account automatically. Eligible Cardholders can use it in the Shell Recharge app.
44. The Prepaid Pass covers the charging fee of electric vehicle only. Eligible Cardholders need to pay the monthly or hourly parking fee by their own.
45. The Prepaid Pass is applicable to Fast / Mid charges within all Shell Recharge stations. There may be 
price modifications and discrepancy subject to site and landlord's arrangement.
46. If the Eligible Cardholders need to change their payment credit card due to loss, renewal, anti-counterfeiting of the credit card or any other reason, Eligible Cardholders to authorize Halo Energy Limited to charge the relevant fee with the Eligible card. 52. The Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon is valid until October 31,2026.  
53. Eligible Cardholders can enjoy the Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon at designated Shell stations with car wash bays for 
any car wash service at listed price (including the HK$15 auto car wash discount for Shell GO+ members).
54. Car wash service is only applicable to service van or designated model. Stations reserve the right of refusing the usage of the service according to vehicle conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details. 
55. This Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon is only applicable to car wash at listed price, including Shiny Auto Car Wash Service, Full Body Auto Car Wash Service and Deluxe Auto Car Wash Service.
56. This Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, and not applicable to car 
wash combo package. The Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon is not redeemable for cash or any other items.
57. This Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon is only applicable at Shell Airport (Cargo Terminal) Gas and Charging Station, 
Shatin City One Station, Hong Lok Yuen Station, Au Tau Station, Kowloon Bay (West) Station and Lei Yue Mun Road Station. For details: go.shell.com/CarWashCarCare.
58. This Auto Car Wash Service e-coupon is only applicable at opening hours of designated Shell stations.
59. Individual stations may adjust redemption date without prior notice as they deem fit.
60. The Merchant reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes, and to terminate the promotion or amend the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice.
