1. Mastercard’s terms and conditions apply.
2. “The Mastercard Travel Rewards and Mastercard Priceless (“ Program”) are solely offered by Mastercard and not by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited. Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited assumes no responsibility and makes no representations and warranties about the Program (including but not limited to availability and eligibility and any discount or cashback) and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited Mastercard cardholder in connection with such Program. All queries or feedback regarding the Program should be directed to Mastercard at Mastercard Travel Rewards and Mastercard Priceless website .
3. All discounts, rebate, cashback or other benefits under or pursuant to the Program are provided by Mastercard for which Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible. Cardholders should contact Mastercard for any queries or feedback. FAQ:
1. What is a "qualifying transaction" or "eligible purchase"? Merchants may provide to eligible Citi Credit Mastercard cardholders certain discounts, rebates or other benefits on the purchases of goods and services ("Offers") that will be available on the Mastercard Site. Offers are subjected to certain Terms & Conditions and cardholders may refer to Mastercard Travel Rewards site for details.
2. Do I need to enroll in Mastercard Travel Rewards offer to get cashback? Registration for individual offer on the Mastercard Site may be required.
3. Ready to Use Offers: Simply make an eligible purchase with your Citi Credit Mastercard within the stated dates and terms of use. After qualifying the transaction, cashback will be credited to your Citi Credit Mastercard account by Mastercard.
4. Activate Offers: Register and sign in to your Mastercard Travel Rewards account and tap on "Activate offer" buttons prior to purchase. Make an eligible purchase within the stated dates and terms of use. After qualifying the transaction, cashback will be credited to your Citi Credit Mastercard account by Mastercard.
5. Redeem Offers: Register and sign in to your Mastercard Travel Rewards account, then shop via the link provided on the Mastercard Site. Using your eligible Citi Credit Mastercard to make an eligible purchase. After qualifying the transaction, cashback will be credited to your Citi Credit Mastercard account by Mastercard.
6. Please note that each cardholder can register for a Mastercard Travel Rewards Account. If you have multiple Citi Credit Mastercard tied to your account, you must activate each offer per card. Cashback will be credited to your eligible Citi Credit Mastercard account directly by Mastercard.
 7. Can I earn cashback from purchases in my home location with Mastercard Travel Rewards? For all offers that are specified in a specific destination, cardholders will need to make an eligible purchase in the specified location to be eligible for the offer. For offers that are specified as “Redeem Offers" you can qualify for the offer in your home location country provided you make a purchase using your eligible Citi Credit Mastercard and at a participating merchant while using the offer’s specified currency and meeting all of the cashback offer’s applicable advertised terms.
8. How is the cashback processed? Do I need to do anything to make sure it is processed? After qualifying the transaction, cashback will be credited to your Citi Credit Mastercard account directly by Mastercard. Each rebate will be presented as MastercardTravel* in the description on your Citi Credit Mastercard card statement.
9. What should I do if I activated the offer and then shopped from the merchant, but didn’t receive my cash back? You will need to call Mastercard Toll-Free Telephone number: 800-966677 (Hong Kong) and provide the information requested.
10. If I have multiple Citi Credit Mastercard, can I add them to the same account? Can I update my default card? You can login to your Mastercard Travel Rewards account and go to “Manage Cards” at the top navigation bar. You can add your Citi Credit Mastercard and select one as your default card. A maximum of 5 cards can be added.
11. How can I purchase an experience?To purchase an experience, simply visit Priceless website and choose from Mastercard's catalog of priceless experiences. Once you have found the experience you want, proceed to checkout. Please be aware that in certain instances, you may be ed to Mastercard's partner's page for checkout, depending on the specific experience.
12. Do I need a Mastercard to make a purchase?Yes, all transactions must be purchased using your Citi Credit Mastercard. 
13. How can I use or plan my purchased experience?Redemption procedures vary depending on the experience. In some instances, you will need to schedule your experience date before completing your purchase. In other cases, you will book your experience after receiving your order confirmation email, which will include the contact details for the partner responsible for scheduling your booking.
14. Is there an expiration date for the purchased experience?The expiration date can vary depending on the experience. To determine the expiration date or any other relevant details, please review the terms and conditions for the experience you are interested in.
15. How do I check the status of my purchase?Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email by Mastercard. If you have set up a priceless.com account, you can check the status of your purchase by logging into your priceless.com account,  click on orders to view your order history.
16. Are there additional fees, such as exchange rate charges, for purchasing experiences in foreign currencies?Your Citi Credit Mastercard will be charged for fee relating to foreign currency purchase, for details please refer to the Key Facts Statement for Citi Credit Card (https://www.citibank.com.hk/english/credit-cards/pdf/fee-schedule.pdf)
