"15% off on flight tickets at Greater Bay Airlines” (“The Offer”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Greater Bay Airlines (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Merchant for details.
2. The Offer is valid from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). For status of the quota, please contact Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book flight ticket(s) through the Merchant official website (www.greaterbay-airlines.com) or its Mobile App (“Merchant Platforms”) for designated flight booking and apply designated Coupon (“Coupon”) using designated Coupon Code (“Coupon Code”) after completing passenger information to enjoy 15% off per booking (“Offer”). Applicable round-trip routes include Hong Kong to Tokyo / Osaka / Sapporo / Fukuoka / Taipei / Bangkok / Manila / Zhoushan (subject to flight availability of the Merchant during the period) and must originate from Hong Kong.
4. The applicable travel period is from the April 2, 2026 to July 15, 2026, except for April 2 – 7, 2026 and April 29 – May 7, 2026.
5. Eligible branded fare types include Go Go Promo (Fare Class X/T/E/U/A) , Go Go (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), Value Go (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), Flex Go (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), subject to product availability.
6. To add and apply the Coupon, the Coupon Code must be entered after completing passenger information, and the Coupon is only applicable to Merchant Platforms in Hong Kong SAR - English version and Hong Kong SAR - Traditional Chinese version. Cardholders must ensure the Coupon is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered Coupon Code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The Coupon Code must be entered for each individual passenger at the time of booking.
8. Each Coupon can be applied to a single booking and is valid for up to 9 passengers per booking, and must be applied to round-trip/multi-city flight bookings to specified destinations for a designated number of passengers. If the Cardholder is unable to apply the Coupon after completing the booking, the Coupon will not be reissued.
9. For payments made without Eligible Cards, Merchant reserves the right to charge a fare difference and reissue fee, if applicable, after ticket is issued.
10. The Offer is only applicable to designated flights operated by Merchant.
11. Merchant may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Merchant at the time of cancellation.
12. The Offer does not apply to bookings for infant seating
13. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply 75% of the adult fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight.
14. For an infant not occupying a seat is 10% of the adult fare plus any applicable taxes, and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
15. The ticket validity will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
16. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) “Go Go Promo” (Fare Class X/T/E/U/A), “Go Go” (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), “Value Go” (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), “Flex Go” (Fare Class K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of the RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
17. Conditions and fees for changes will vary depending on the fare type you have booked. Rebooking is not permitted for GoGo Promo fare.
18. The ticket is non-reroutable and non-transferable.
19. Discounted fares after applying the Coupon do not include applicable taxes and other surcharges. The Cardholder needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing. The discounted price will be rounded to nearest tens digit.
20. Conditions of baggage allowance will vary depending on the branded fare type you have booked. Cardholders may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Merchant Platforms. Infant not occupying seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.
21. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date.
22. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
23. All tickets and Coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items, no change will be provided for any unused balance.
24. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the Coupon Code will not be reissued.
25. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
26. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
27. Citibank is not a supplier of the products and services offered in this Offer and accepts no liability for the quality of products and services provided by Merchant involved in this promotion.
General Terms and Conditions (If applicable):
28. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
29. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
30. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
31. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
32. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
33. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
34. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
35. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

37. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. (ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
38. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
39. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
40. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
