Shell Recharge

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 13) promotion period is valid from now until June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”), who are also registered members of Shell Recharge Mobile Application 2.0 (“Shell Recharge App”) under Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Merchant”)(“Cardholders”). The Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Citi Credit Cards: Shell Recharge x Citi Top-up Promotion " Terms and Conditions:
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards (“Eligible Cardholders”) who successfully made a single top -up of a net spending of HK$600 charging amount via the Shell Recharge App are entitled to a HK$30 e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”).
14. The Offer is subject to a quota limit for the Promotion Period and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts without prior notice.
15. This e-Voucher is valid for 60 days, count start as the e-Voucher delivery date.
16. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
17. The e-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
18. Net spending means the final amount charged to the payment. The use of cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.
19. Each transaction can use one e-Voucher only.
20. Shell Hong Kong Limited has authorized Halo Energy Limited (Halo) to operate on its behalf the Shell Recharge x Citi Top-up Promotion.
21. Once Halo Energy Limited confirms received the eligible top-up payment, The e-Voucher will be credited to customer's Shell Recharge account within 3 working days. Customers can use it in the Shell Recharge app.
22. The e-Voucher covers the charging fee only. Customers need to pay the monthly or hourly fee by their own.
23. The e-Voucher is applicable to Fast / Mid charges within all Shell Recharge stations. There may be price modifications and discrepancy subject to site and landlord's arrangement.
24. If the customer needs to change their payment credit card due to loss, renewal, anti-counterfeiting of the credit card or any other reason, customer agrees to authorize Halo Energy Limited to charge the monthly fee with your new credit card. For details: https://go.shell.com/402zcCW.
25. If the e-Voucher is not used up on or before expiry date, neither refund nor accumulation of unused credits will be arranged.
26. If the electric vehicle leaves early during the charging session or the battery is 100% full after starting the Shell Recharge charging service, that charging session may not obtain the maximum electricity capacity as indicated by the service plan. The remaining electricity of the plan will not be accumulated for the next use.
27. Shell Hong Kong Limited and Halo Energy Limited reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes, and the right to amend the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice.
28. Customer must follow the conditions of parking and use of Shell Recharge’s carpark. Customers must comply with the rules of the car park. In the event of any damage or theft of the customer's vehicle, neither Shell Hong Kong Limited nor Halo Energy Limited shall pay any compensation or shall be liable.
