General Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from 12 December 2025 to 21 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards/ Debit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also registered users of AlipayHK Mobile Application (“AlipayHK App”) under Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited (“AlipayHK”)("Cardholders").
3. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can only participate in the Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions and receive such offers within the Promotion Period as set out in the relevant terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Cardholder” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same user/Cardholder:
- Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
- Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
- The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Cardholder’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of the relevant offers to the relevant account and to take legal action.
4. In case of any fraud/abuse or cancellation of the transactions related to the Promotion in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
5. Cardholders’ credit card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank and Mastercard reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
6. If there is any breach of any of the Promotions’ terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the Promotion Period, AlipayHK will forfeit the relevant offer and the entitlement of coupons forthwith without notice, and reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
7. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons.
8. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy the offers based on Citibank and AlipayHK’s records.
10. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollar.
11. Coupons and/or offers cannot be used to purchase any gift/cash vouchers, gift certificates or prepaid cards. They may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the relevant coupon will not be returned and the relevant coupon will not be re-issued.
12. The Promotion will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event the Promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute herein.
13. Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK shall not be construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products and /or service provided by third parties.
14. Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion (or any part of it) or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Citibank, Mastercard and AlipayHK shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserves the right of final decision of all the matters and disputes.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

17. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

19. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

“Citi Double Day - Taobao Spending Rewards” Terms and Conditions
20. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”) who spend designated amount in a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 26) (the amount is determined based on the real-time exchange rate in the Merchant’s system at actual time of transaction) through AlipayHK at Taobao.com (“Designated Merchant”), are eligible to enjoy the following spending rewards (“Spending Rewards”).
21. Spending Reward 1 consists of one (1) AlipayHK Coupon (“Coupon”) valued at HK$20 (“Coupon 1”):
- To use Coupon 1, Eligible Cardholders must meet the spending of a Single Net Transaction of HK$200 or above at Designated Merchant (“Eligible transaction”).
- Eligible Cardholders can use the “Coupon 1” two (2) transactions per Promotion Period, with total value of HK$40 (while the quota lasts).
22. Spending Reward 2 consists of one (1) Coupon valued at HK$30 (“Coupon 2”):
- To use Coupon 2, Cardholders must meet the spending of a Single Net Transaction of HK$300 or above at Designated Merchant (“Eligible transaction”).
- Eligible Cardholders can use the “Coupon 2” two (2) transactions per Promotion Period, with total value of HK$60 (while the quota lasts).
23. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders can collect the Coupon on the “Citi Exclusive Spending Rewards” page at AlipayHK App.
24. Upon successfully collection of the corresponding coupons, Eligible Cardholders can view the details of the corresponding coupons in “Rewards” at their AlipayHK account. Each Eligible Transaction is only allowed to apply one (1) Coupon. And the Coupon is valid within five (5) days of collection, if a Coupon is expired, it will not be reissued. Cancellation, alteration, transfer, refund, or exchange for cash is not permitted under any circumstances, and usage is subject to the Merchant's Terms of Use.
25. Coupon 1 and Coupon 2 under Spending Rewards is subject to a daily quota limit for each Promotion Period and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts without prior notice. Coupon 1 can be redeemed in conjunction with Coupon 2 during each Promotion Period. The available quota as recorded in the system of AlipayHK shall prevail under any circumstances.
26. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorised transactions are excluded.
