Citi Mastercard Credit Card Exclusive: HK$20 instant discount at Keeta” Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Offer (as defined in Clause 13) is valid from now until March 31, 2026, and valid only from Monday to Friday, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Kangaroo Limited including Keeta (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is not applicable to any tips to rider after completing the order; any transactions purchasing koupon(s) only in the order; any pick-up orders; special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers.
6. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. Citibank, Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$20 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 17) of HK$200 at the Merchant’s designated mobile application named Keeta, by settling the payment in full with Eligible Card, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
14. Cardholders must register an account on Keeta’s mobile application before making order and enjoy the Offer.
15. Each Keeta’s account can enjoy the Offer maximum 2 times in each calendar month during the Promotion Period.
16. Limited quantities of quota are available for the Offer. The Offer quota is released daily from now, during Monday to Friday, and will expire on March 31, 2026, or when the quota has been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire about the quota status with the Merchant.
17. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.


“Citi Cards and Keeta Year-Round Offer 2026” Terms & Conditions:

6. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

- New Keeta customer: 40% off upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$120 (Capped at HK$120 per transaction). Each Keeta’s account can enjoy the offer 1 time during the Promotion Period.
- Existing Keeta customer: HK$25 off upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$200. Each Keeta’s account can enjoy the offer 1 time per calendar month, but subject to monthly quotas of 1,000.
