The Murray, Hong Kong - The Tai Pan

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Platinum or above) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

13. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 20% off a-la-carte food menus and selected set menus at Garden Lounge, Popinjays, The Tai Pan, Murray Lane upon using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full during the Promotion Period (“Offer 1”).
14. Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy15% off spa treatments at Wellness at The Murray upon using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full during the Promotion Period (“Offer 2”).
15. Offer 1 is only applicable on a la carte food menus and selected set menus (except buffet, afternoon tea, seasonal menu, promotional menu and drinks menu).
16. Advance reservation is required for Offer 1. Guests must mention this offer at the time of booking.
17. Offer 1 is applicable to bookings/visits of 2 to 6 guests per table and can only be used once per table per transaction. Splitting bill is not allowed.
18. Offer 1 is for dine-in consumption only and is subject to availability.
19. Offer 1 is not applicable to the purchase of festive products, hampers and vouchers.
20. Offer 1 is not applicable to catering service, banquets, private banquets and special events.
21. Offer 1：Special requests and seating are subject to availability.
22. Blackout dates for Offer 1: February 14, April 5, May 10, December 24-26 & 31, 2026.
23. 24-hour advance reservation is required for Offer 2. Guests must mention this offer at the time of booking to enjoy the Offer 2.
