Terms and conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 14) promotion period are valid from now until December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). LIFETASTIC Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4.Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5.Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6.Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers or valet parking privileges.
7.Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
9.Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

13.The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. 14.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 8% off for dine-in or on regular-priced items purchase, including in-stock or pre-order cakes, with no minimum order required at all LIFETASTIC outlets upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards(“Offers”).
15.10% service charge applies for dine-in (based on the original price, including free petite cake).
16.This offer is not applicable to Heart-shaped Watermelon Layer Cakes Series, Round Watermelon Strawberry Layer Cakes Series, Keto Blueberry Layer Cheesecake, Vegan Cocoa & Passionfruit Layer Cake, Wedding cakes, Ex-Small sized cakes, LIFETASTIC Assorted Butter Cookie Tin and mooncake.
17.Free delivery service will be provided upon net purchase amount of $398 or above for cake pre-orders.
