“KKday HK x Citi Cards Year Round Offer 2026” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from now till December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). KKday (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. The itinerary has to be completed on or before 31 March 2027, after which they will be invalid. During the Promotion Period, KKday members have to redeem the offers at KKday designated website (https://www.kkday.com/zh-hk/affiliate/whlb/citihk) and input the designated promotional code to entitle the offer.
4. Offers are not applicable to non-appointed products like theme park tickets, dining vouchers, event tickets, gift card etc. and other products or activities as specified by KKday from time to time. For details, please refer to: https://bit.ly/3m2SUvC
5. KKday will not accept any liability should a member conduct the booking directly through the KKday website (https://www.kkday.com/zh-hk or https://www.kkday.com/en/home) or fail to input the promotional code when conducting transactions or and result in forfeiture of the cardholder’s eligibility to the offer.
6. No refund will be accepted if customer purchased a wrong product or e-voucher has been expired etc caused by any personal reason.
7. Product prices may subject to change due to the exchange rate, customers need to refer to the official website upon purchase.
8. Actual itinerary is dependent on travel and road conditions, and as such, may be adjusted accordingly.
9. The offers are not transferable and promo code is only valid for single product once per order for each KKday member.
10. The offers cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other products, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
11. Promotional offer is subject to a first-come-first-served basis.
12. Please refer to the terms & conditions of the specific product page before the purchase and usage of the product.
13. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
14. KKday reserves the right to amend, change, suspend or terminate all or any part of the offer. In case of dispute, KKday reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):
15. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
16. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
17. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
18. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
19. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
20. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
21. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.

(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
24. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
25. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
