“Citi Mastercard Credit Card Mainland China Spending Rewards” (“Promotion”) Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion period is valid from June 22, 2026 to August 31, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)
2. The Promotion applies to Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and received the promotion banner on Citi Mobile® App.
3. Cardholders are required to successfully register for this Promotion “Citi Mastercard Credit Card Mainland China Spending Rewards” via “Get More” in Citi Mobile® App once within the Promotion Period (“Registration”).
4. Each Cardholder is required to register once only within the Promotion Period. Only the first 4,500 successfully registered Cardholders are eligible for this Promotion (“Eligible Cardholders”), on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts. Only Registration by the principal card cardholders will be accepted.
5. A Cardholder may register for this Promotion before or after making any Eligible Mainland China Transactions (as defined in Clause 7). The completion of the Registration is not a confirmation of the eligibility of any account(s), transaction(s) or the Eligible Cardholders for the Reward(s) (as defined in Clause 6) which is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank.
6. Having met the respective Tier(s) of Spending Requirement(s) set out in the table below, an Eligible Cardholder is entitled to corresponding reward(s) (“Reward(s)”) in respect of relevant Eligible Mainland China Transactions (as defined in Clause 7) conducted with Eligible Cards (as defined in Clause 2) within the entire Promotion Period. Details are as follows:
．Tier 1: Get one (1) Hang Lung HK$50 e-Coupon upon accumulated spending of RMB1,000 or above on Eligible Mainland China Transactions
．Tier 2: While meeting the Tier 1 spending requirement, get extra one (1) Hang Lung HK$50 e-Coupon upon inclusive of an accumulated spending of RMB200 or above in Eligible Mainland China Transactions made via Meituan, Dianping or DiDi App (“Designated Merchants”)
．Each Eligible Cardholder can get maximum of two (2) Hang Lung HK$50 e-Coupons for the entire Promotion Period
．For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Cardholder holds more than one Eligible Card (including principal and supplementary card(s)), all Eligible Mainland China Transactions across these Eligible Cards shall be combined and calculated together.
7. “Eligible Mainland China Transactions” include all retail transactions (including online transactions) with official payment records that are settled in Renminbi (RMB) during the Promotion Period and posted on or before September 7, 2026, and exclude all Ineligible Transactions (defined in Clause 9 below). Citibank has no obligation to clarify whether a transaction is an Eligible Mainland China Transaction before a Cardholder conducts such transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK transactions made in Mainland China are not eligible for this Promotion.
8. “Designated Merchants” refer to Meituan, Dianping and Didi mobile apps in mainland China. Eligible Mainland China Transactions at Designated Merchants shall be classified according to the merchant codes or transaction types as defined by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank. Citibank has no obligation to clarify whether a transaction is an Eligible Mainland China Transaction at Designated Merchant before a Cardholder conducts such transaction.
9. “Ineligible Transactions” includes but not limited to cash advance, Dynamic Currency Conversion i.e. transactions with conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong Dollars involved at the point of the transaction, purchase of cash vouchers, purchase/add value of gift cards, purchase/reload of stored value cards, Octopus Automatic Add Value service transactions, Octopus Add Value through Mobile Payment such as Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay, transactions made through Faster Payment System (FPS) services, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, traveler’s checks, foreign exchange transactions using Credit Card (for example but not limited to Forex.com, etc.), withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program, Quick Cash Installment Program, all payments made by Citi PayAll, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, bill payment, utilities bill made with credit card via internet banking or online payment system, auto payment and recurring transactions, insurance transactions and transactions on charity donations/ non-profit organisations (according to the merchant codes issued by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited from time to time), mutual funds payment, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions. Citibank may add to, or remove from, the list of “Ineligible Transactions” from time to time at its discretion. The decision of Citibank as to what constitutes an “Ineligible Transactions” shall be final and conclusive.
10. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Eligible Cardholders to participate in this Promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank’s record, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank. If transactions are confirmed to be qualified for the Reward(s) after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, the Reward(s) will be issued to the Eligible Cardholders on or before October 15, 2026. More details about the Reward(s) issuance and redemption are set out in Clauses 22-27 below.
11. Rewards are limited in quantity, Citibank reserves the right to replace the Rewards with alternatives of equivalent or comparable value.
12. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts in respect of the Eligible Mainland China Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
13. Eligible Card accounts used for Eligible Mainland China Transactions must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the Reward(s); otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Reward(s) without prior notice.
14. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which Rewards(s) were given, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of Reward(s) from the Cardholder’s credit card account used for Eligible Mainland China Transactions without prior notice.
15. Citibank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw or terminate this Promotion at its discretion without prior notice and Citibank accepts no liability for such amendment, withdrawal or termination. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
17. No person other than the Registered Cardholder and Citibank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
18. The referenced document provides information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. 19. The Promotion is not applicable to: Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh.
20. The Promotion is not applicable to: Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
“HK$50 Hang Lung e-Coupons (“Hang Lung e-Coupon(s)”) ” Terms and Conditions:
22. The HK$50 Hang Lung e-Coupons under this Promotion will be distributed to the Eligible Cardholder in the means of an e-Coupon Redemption e-Voucher (“Redemption e-Voucher”) by Citibank upon confirmation of Eligible Mainland China Transactions. The Redemption e-Voucher will be awarded to the Eligible Cardholders via “My Voucher” in Citi Mobile® App.
23. Each Redemption Voucher includes a unique promotion code, Eligible Cardholder can redeem the Hang Lung e-Coupons via Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program by entering the unique promotion code on the corresponding “Promo Code” page on or before November 30, 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”). The redeemed Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) will be credited to the “My Wallet” section of the hello member’s account by Hang Lung. Any unique promotion code that has not been redeemed on or before the Redemption Deadline will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.
24. Each Hang Lung e-Coupon redeemed under this Promotion is valid till December 31, 2026 (“Expiry Date”), and any Hang Lung e-Coupon that has not been used on or before the Expiry Date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The Hang Lung e-Coupons can be used at any Hang Lung e-Coupon participating merchant and the remaining balance of any purchase using Hang Lung e-Coupons must be settled by Eligible Cards. The Hang Lung e-Coupon cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any unused balance of the Hang Lung e-Coupon. The Hang Lung e-Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
25. The Hang Lung e-Coupon is subject to specific terms and conditions, details of which can be found at the Hang Lung e-Coupon page in Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program, or https://www.citibank.com.hk/credit-cards/pdf/promotions/hlcoupontnc.pdf .
26. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
27. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective suppliers are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
