1.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). HARBOUR GRAND HONG KONG CATERING LIMITED including Kwan Cheuk Heen (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
2.Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the offers.
3.Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
4.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
5.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the respective merchant. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

7.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
8.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11.From now till October 6, 2025, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy extra dining card offering 20% off on food bill by presenting the dining card (applicable at Nagomi Japanese Restaurant, Harbour Grand Café, Kwan Cheuk Heen, and Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge), 35% off on designated mooncake purchase before 31 August, 2025, and 30% off on designated mooncake purchase starting from 1 September 2025 to October 6 upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at Merchant’s Kwan Cheuk Heen (“Offer”).
12.Customers shall redeem the mooncake at Merchant’s Kwan Cheuk Heen of from September 21, 2025 till October 7, 2025. For ordering and redemption details, please contact Kwan Cheuk Heen at (852) 2121 2691.
13.3-day advance notice is required for the pickup.
14.All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
15.Refund and cancellation will not be accepted upon confirmation of the order.
16.All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
17.Food items must be consumed before the expiry date.
18.Once the order is placed and the transaction is completed, if customers are not able to collect the ordered mooncake within the collection period at designated redemption location, they will be considered void and no refund will be made.
