1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 14) promotion period are valid from June 16, 2025 to September 15, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota limit hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). EN GROUP LIMITED (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by physical Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offer.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other Offer.
7. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
9. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

13. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

Terms and Conditions for “Citi Credit Card Exclusive – Enjoy HK$50 EN Group Cash Coupon at EN Group”:

14. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$50 EN Group Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) for next time use upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 20) of HK$250 at Aburi-EN, Tempura Makino, Tamago-EN, GOGO Teppan, Tonkatsu ENbiton, Bari Bari Steak, Shokudo, EN TST, Rakuen, Wa-EN, Zenpachi and SHO-EN outlets by settling the payment in full with physical Eligible Cards (“Eligible Transaction”), but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
15. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offer and will be based on original price.
16. The Offer is only applicable for dine-in and walk-in takeaway ordering, not applicable for 3rd party takeaway and delivery platforms.
17. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per order.
18. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
19. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offer. The Offer commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on June 16, July 1, August 1 and September 1, 2025 respectively, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on June 30, July 31, August 31 and September 15, 2025 respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the Participating Restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.
20. A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“HK$50 EN Group Cash Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:

21. The HK$50 EN Group Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) under this promotion are issued in denomination of HK$50. The Cash Coupon will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by the Merchant.
22. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the Cash Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
23. Each Cash Coupon under this promotion is valid from June 16, 2025 to January 14, 2026 (Blackout Dates include December 25 to December 28, 2025) and can be used for next time use upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$100 by settling the payment in full with physical Eligible Cards at the Merchant’s restaurants including Aburi-EN, Tempura Makino, Tamago-EN, GOGO Teppan, Tonkatsu ENbiton, Bari Bari Steak, Shokudo, EN TST, Rakuen, Wa-EN, Zenpachi and SHO-EN, for any Cash Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The Cash Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details.
24. The original Cash Coupon must be presented for settlement. The Merchant’s staff will collect the Cash Coupon upon redemption. Any remaining balance must be settled by physical Eligible Cards.
25. Each transaction can only use one Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion unless specify.
26. Citibank and the Merchant reserves the right to replace the Cash Coupon with a gift of similar value.
27. Cash Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
28. Citibank is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
29. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the Merchant.
30. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the cash coupon(s) rewarded without prior notice.
31. Unless otherwise specified, the cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
32. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
