1. The promotion period is from September 10, 2024 to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The offer applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”).
3. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
4. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the rebates were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the rebates without prior notice.
5. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the rebates, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the rebates without prior notice.
6. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, PayPal or PayMe, etc.).
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. 12. Citibank and Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited ("foodpanda") reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and foodpanda.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. The offer is only applicable to foodpanda App (collectively “foodpanda Platforms”).
16. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also foodpanda members ("Eligible Cardholders"). foodpanda may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact foodpanda for details.

Eligible Cardholders can enjoy 25% off for the 12-month pandapro subscription programme at HK$630 (original price at HK$840) with an average monthly price at HK$52.50 at foodpanda Platform with Eligible Cards at the checkout page by entering voucher code “CITI12M25” during the Promotion Period. After completion of the 12-month discounted pandapro subscription programme, the Eligible Cardholder will be charged HK$840 every 6 months for the pandapro subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/subscription-terms if the Eligible Cardholder does not cancel the subscription.
18. The offers are subject to total number of 10,000 during the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Cardholder can only enjoy the voucher code once during the entire Promotion Period. The offers are on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts and subject to foodpanda’s system record.
19. Cardholders are required to input the voucher code correctly before the payment is conducted otherwise they will be ineligible for the offers.
