1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 14) promotion period are valid from now till August 31, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota limit hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Smart Game Shop (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer from the Merchant.
5. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer from the Merchant.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
9. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 5% instant discount upon making a purchase of any items at Smart Game Shop by using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability during the Promotion Period herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
15. Calculation of the spending amount after 5% instant discount is based on Credit Card Price (not based on Cash Price). For the Credit Card Price of the products, please inquiry with the Merchant, and the is based on the information provided by the Merchant.
