1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only applicable to Cardholders of Citi Credit Card (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (""Citibank"") (“Eligible Cards”). 2000 Fun Limited in Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2025 (“Event”) (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from August 22 to August 25, 2025 (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Limited quantities of quota are available for the Offer (as defined in Clause 3). Status of the quota refers to the Merchant booth (Booth Number: C11-C20, D11-D20) (“Booth”) during the Event.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 5% instant discount upon making any spending in the Merchant’s booth by using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer 1”).

Citi Mastercard Credit Card Top Up Reward - Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2025: Up to HK$300 MTR Malls eVouchers at 2000Fun Terms and Conditions:

15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Mastercard Credit Card”) are entitled to a designated amount of MTR Malls eVouchers (“eVoucher”) issued in denominations of HK$50, upon reaching the designated same-day accumulating Net Spending Amount (as defined in Clause 18) at the Merchant Booth (“Offer 2”). The Merchant may reject an Eligible Mastercard Credit Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Mastercard Credit Card types, please contact the Merchant for details. Details are as follows:
Same-day accumulated Net Spending Amount (HK$) (Max. 2 same-day sales slips at the Merchant booth)
- Value of MTR Malls eVoucher entitled (HK$): $50 upon spending between $500 - $999; $150 upon spending between $1,000 - $1,499 & $300 upon spending between $1,500 or above.
16. During the Promotion Period, MTR Malls eVoucher subject to respective quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective quota lasts.
17. All receipts must be made on the same day using the same Eligible Mastercard Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
18. Only applicable to the final amount of transactions charged to the Eligible Mastercard Credit Card after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers (if applicable) (""Net Spending Amount"").
19. The eVoucher of Offer 2 shall not be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products.
20. Cardholder’s Eligible Mastercard Credit Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and at the time when the eVoucher is awarded or used; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
21. Availability of the Offer 2 is subject to product or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Mastercard’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
22. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the eVoucher based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. An eVoucher will be distributed to the Cardholder by the Merchant upon confirmation of Eligible Transaction. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
23. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to retrieve the eVoucher if the payments are refunded or cancelled.
24. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
25. Citibank and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or cancel the Offer 2 and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
26. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Mastercard.

“MTR Malls eVoucher” Terms and Conditions:

27. The MTR Malls eVoucher under this Offer 2 is issued in denominations of HK$50, meaning a total of 1pc, 3pcs and 6 pcs of respective HK$50 MTR Malls eVoucher available, and will be distributed to the Cardholder by the Merchant upon confirmation of Eligible Transaction. Each eVoucher includes a unique redemption code, Cardholder can redeem the redemption code via MTR Mobile app.
28. Each eVoucher under this Offer 2 is valid till June 30, 2026 and for any eVoucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The eVoucher cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the eVoucher. The eVoucher is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. For details regarding the issuance and usage shall be obtained by contacting the Merchant directly.
29. The eVoucher cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
