1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 15) promotion period is valid from now till December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The EN GROUP LIMITED (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
4. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offers, and will be based on original price.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to public holidays/festive days and their eves, banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, takeaway, or dates designated by the merchants, and are applicable to dine-in only.
7. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8. For the Offers, advance reservation is required and cardholders must be one of the patrons.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

Terms and Conditions for “Citi Credit Card Year-Round Offer – 5% off at EN Group”:
15. From Monday to Friday during the Promotion Period (except Public holidays and Public holidays eves), Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 5% off upon single net transaction (as defined in Clause 16) of HK$250, using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, in all participating outlets of the Merchant including Aburi-EN, Tempura Makino, Tamago-EN, GOGO Teppan, Tonkatsu ENbiton, Bari Bari Steak, Shokudo, EN TST, Rakuen, Wa-EN, Zenpachi and SHO-EN, for dine-in and walk-in takeaway ordering (“Offer”).
16. A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
17. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including Offer “Citi Credit Card Exclusive – Enjoy HK$50 EN Group Cash Coupon at EN Group”.
