The offers are only applicable to Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited. Expedia may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types. Please contact Expedia for details.
Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.
Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
Offers are only applicable to selected Expedia rate hotels, room types and destinations.
Offers can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
Offers are applicable to hotel room charges only. Taxes and service charges may apply.
Offers are subject to availability of the Hotels, and Cardholders need to present their valid Eligible Credit Cards during hotel check-in.

Offers are not applicable to a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car.
Expedia's online booking system can only offer discount for one room type per booking. If the Cardholder wants to order more than one room type or multiple-room booking in same room type, please make multiple bookings to enjoy the discount.
Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via the Expedia website and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotels. Cardholders may refer to the Booking Confirmation e-mail or contact the Expedia customer service officer.
Availability of the offers is subject to availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Expedia at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant sales receipts or order confirmation receipt (applicable to online transactions) from Expedia in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in the offers as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers; otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Expedia is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
Citibank and Expedia reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Expedia.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
