“Citi Mastercard Exclusive EGL Tours Spending Rewards 2026” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion period is valid from now to June 30, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
2. This Promotion applies to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). EGL Tours Company Limited (“EGL Tours”) (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact EGL Tours for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who book designated tours at physical EGL Tours outlets and settle the payment in full with Eligible Cards are entitled to receive Hang Lung e-Coupon Pack(s) (""e-Coupon Pack""). The entitlement is as follows: Receive one HK$300 e-Coupon Pack per person for booking tours with tour fee between HK$5,000 and HK$9,999 (per person), or receive two HK$300 e-Coupon Packs per person for booking tours with tour fee of HK$10,000 or above (per person) (“Offer”). The tour fee does not include airport taxes, fuel surcharges, staff service fees, etc.
4. This Offer is subject to quota availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire the quota status with EGL Tours.
5. EGL Tours will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the e-Coupon Pack based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. An e-Coupon Pack will be distributed to the Cardholder by EGL Tours upon confirmation of eligible transaction. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact EGL Tours.
6. Citibank, Mastercard and EGL Tours reserve the right to retrieve the e-Coupon Pack if the payments are refunded or cancelled.

“HK$300 Hang Lung Malls e-Coupon Pack” Terms and Conditions:
7. The Hang Lung e-Coupons in the HK$300 Hang Lung e-Coupon Pack under this promotion are issued in denominations of HK$100, meaning a total of 3pcs of HK$100 Hang Lung e-Coupons (“e-Coupon(s)”) are available in each e-Coupon Pack, and will be distributed to the Cardholder in the means of a physical e-Coupon Redemption Voucher Pack (“Redemption Voucher Pack”) by EGL Tours upon confirmation of eligible transaction. Each Redemption Voucher Pack includes 3 e-Coupon Redemption Vouchers (“Redemption Voucher(s)”), and each Redemption Voucher includes a unique promotion code, Cardholder can redeem the e-Coupons via Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program by entering the unique promotion code on the corresponding “Promo Code” page on or before November 30, 2026. The e-Coupon(s) will be instantly credited to the “My Wallet” section of the hello member’s account. Any unique promotion code that has not been redeemed after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.
8. Each e-Coupon issued under this promotion is valid till December 31, 2026, for any e-Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The e-Coupons can be used at any e-Coupon participating merchant and the remaining balance must be settled by Eligible Cards. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the e-Coupon. The e-Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. For details regarding the issuance and usage shall be obtained by contacting the Merchant directly.
9. The Redemption Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
10. The e-Coupon is subject to specific terms and conditions, details of which can be found at the e-Coupon page in Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program, or https://www.citibank.com.hk/credit-cards/pdf/promotions/hlcoupontnc.pdf .
11. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
12. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
General Terms and Conditions (If applicable):
13. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to EGL Tours prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
14. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
15. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and EGL Tours’ absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
16. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. EGL Tours is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
17. Citibank Mastercard and EGL Tours reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank, Mastercard and EGL Tours accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
18. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and EGL Tours.
19. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

21. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. (ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
22. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank and Mastercard reserve the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
23. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
