Beans

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 15 and 21) promotion period is valid from now till December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The Beans Group Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
4. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offers, and will be based on original price.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to public holidays/festive days and their eves, banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, takeaway, or dates designated by the merchants, and are applicable to dine-in only.
7. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
8. For the Offers, advance reservation is required and cardholders must be one of the patrons.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

Terms and Conditions for “Citi Eligible Cards and Beans Classic Benedict Upgrade Year-round Offers”1:
15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy free upgrade on Classic Benedict from single egg to double egg, on every Monday breakfast from 08:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. at designated Beans outlets, using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full (“Offer 1”).
16. Offer 1 is applicable to designated Beans outlets include: Kowloon Bay outlet, Kwai Fong outlet, Ma On Shan outlet, Tuen Mun outlet, Tseung Kwan O PopCorn outlet, Tseung Kwan O East Point City outlet.
17. Offer 1 cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash or dining vouchers, shopping mall membership points redemption or cash vouchers, BEANS APP membership or staff promotions or discounts. Shopping mall members can earn membership points through dine-in spending; BEANS APP members can earn BEANS APP membership points through dine-in spending (calculated after discounts).
18. Offer 1 only applicable to dine-in catering services provided by the Merchant.
19. If the discounted price involves digits after the decimal point (cents), the digits after the decimal point will be rounded off unconditionally.
20. Offer 1 cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including Offer 2 “Citi and Beans 5% off Year-round Offer”.

Terms and Conditions for “Citi Eligible Cards and Beans 5% off Year-round Offer”:
21. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 5% off on all dine-in food and beverage spendings at Beans outlets at Beans outlets, using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full (“Offer 2”).
22. Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash or dining vouchers, shopping mall membership points redemption or cash vouchers, BEANS APP membership or staff promotions or discounts. Shopping mall members can earn membership points through dine-in spending; BEANS APP members can earn BEANS APP membership points through dine-in spending (calculated after discounts).
23. Offer 2 is only applicable to dine-in catering services provided by the Merchant.
24. If the discounted price involves digits after the decimal point (cents), the digits after the decimal point will be rounded off unconditionally.
25. Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including Offer 1 “Citi and Beans Classic Benedict Upgrade Year-round Offer”.
