1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong including One Duck Lane and Sichuan Verandah (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

12. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from now until December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
13. From Tuesday to Sunday during the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 15% off a la carte food menu at One Duck Lane and Sichuan Verandah upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, applicable to dine-in only (“Offer”).
14. Offers are not applicable on Public holidays and their eves, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & its eve, Father’s Day & its eve and Winter Solstice.
15. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability.
16. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 1% surcharge to restore with Zero Footprint Asia, funding food-related climate solutions based on the original price.
17. Offers are limited to one table with a maximum of 8 persons .
18. Offers are only applicable to A la Carte food items and not applicable for private functions, private rooms, takeaway, outside catering service.
19. Offers are not applicable to the purchase of bottle wine, festive goodies & hampers or coupons and vouchers.
