1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 15) promotion period are valid from August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota limit hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer apply to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards and Citibank Debit Mastercard (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Tajimaya (HK) Co., Ltd. (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with physical Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
5. Cardholders must be one of the dining patrons in order to enjoy the Offer.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is not applicable to discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers or 3rd party delivery service.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Citi Mastercard Exclusive: Enjoy HK$50 Cash Coupon at Tajimaya Group” Terms and Conditions:

15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$50 Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon ”) for next time use upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 23) of HK$250 at GYUJIN, TAJIMAYA, JAPANESE WAGYU YAKINIKU GYUTA, HONJIN and GRILL TAJIMAYA, SUKIYAKIYA and GYUJIN HANARE PLATINUM LABEL’s outlets by using physical Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability during the Promotion Period herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
16. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
17. The Offer is only applicable for dine-in only, not applicable for takeaway orders,
promotions from third-party platforms, or reservation discounts.
18. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per order. Each order is counted based on a single electronic valid receipt.
19. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
20. Cardholders need to notice the staff for using the Offer upon seating.
21. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with the group's physical cash vouchers, member upgrade e-vouchers, or the 15% discount for AKABEKO members' dine-in (except for member e-vouchers - Happy Points Rewards Coupon).
22. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offers. The Offers commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s outlets on August 1, September 1 and October 1, 2025 respectively, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s outlets on August 31, September 30 and October 31, 2025 respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the outlets and about the quota status with the Merchant.
23. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“Cash Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:
1. The HK$50 Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) under this promotion are issued in denomination of HK$50. The Cash Coupon will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by Tajimaya (HK) Co., Ltd. (“Merchant”).
2. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the Cash Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
3. Each Cash Coupon under this promotion is valid from August 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 and can be used for next time use upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$50 by settling the payment in full with physical Eligible Cards at the Merchant’s restaurants, for any Cash Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The Cash Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details.
4. The original Cash Coupon must be presented for settlement. The Merchant’s staff will collect the Cash Coupon upon redemption. Any remaining balance must be settled by physical Citibank Eligible Cards.
5. Each transaction can only use one Cash Coupon. The Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion unless specify.
6. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserves the right to replace the Cash Coupon with a gift of similar value.
7. Cash Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
8. Citibank and Mastercard is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the Merchant.
10. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the cash coupon(s) rewarded without prior notice.
11. Unless otherwise specified, the cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
12. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
