Terms and Conditions for “Citi Mastercard Offer: Enjoy up to 50% off at Trip.com":

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (""Citibank"") (“Eligible Cards”). Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Trip.com”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Trip.com for details.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is split into 2 phases: phase 1 valid from April 1, 2025 at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) and phase 2 valid from July 1, 2025 at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to September 29, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Limited quantities of quota are available for each week of the Offer (as defined in Clause 3). The quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29, August 5, August 12, August 19, August 26, September 2, September 9, September 16, September 23, 2025 respectively (Hong Kong Time), and will expire at 11:59 p.m. on April 7, April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12, May 19, May 26, June 2, June 9, June 16, June 23, June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11, August 18, August 25, September 1, September 8, September 15, September 22, September 29, 2025 respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. 3. During the Promotion Period, cardholders are required to login as a member of Trip.com to book flight, prepaid hotel, high speed rail ticket and attractions & tours product with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) upon designated amount(s) via Trip.com Hong Kong website or Trip.com Mobile Application (Hong Kong version 7.5 or above)(“Trip.com Platform”), enter the designated Promotion code(s) prior to proceeding with payment with Eligible Card and fulfil the following requirements (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) to enjoy below offer(s)(“Offer”):

3.1. “Instant discount of HK$180 for flight bookings”: Make flight bookings with Single Net Transaction (excluding taxes and surcharges; not applicable for domestic flights in Mainland China) of HK$1,800 or above and input promo code “CITIMCFLY180” in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$180 instant discount.

3.2. “Instant discount of HK$120 for prepaid hotel bookings”: Make prepaid hotel bookings with Single Net Transaction (hotel room rate after charges, local government taxes and service charges) of HK$1,200 or above and input promo code “CITIMCHOTEL120” in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$120 instant discount. Applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only.

3.3. “Instant discount of HK$40 for high speed rail ticket bookings”: Make high speed rail ticket bookings with Single Net Transaction of HK$400 or above and input promo code “CITIMCTRAIN40” in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$40 instant discount. Only valid for prepaid high speed rail tickets. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the offer may not be valid on some products.

3.4. “Instant discount of HK$40 for attractions & tours bookings”: Make attractions & tours product bookings with Single Net Transaction of HK$400 or above and input promo code “CITIMCPLAY40” in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$40 instant discount. Only valid for prepaid attractions & tours products. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the offer may not be valid on some products.

3.5. “50% Off for prepaid hotel bookings”: Make prepaid hotel bookings (hotel room rate after charges, local government taxes and service charges) and input promo code “CITIMC500” in the Fill In Page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 50% off (maximum cap with HK$500 per transaction). Applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only.

4. During the Promotion Period, each Trip.com account can enjoy each promo code SIX times each phase with Eligible Card(s) but subject to respective weekly quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective quota lasts.

5. A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

6. Cancellation or change of schedule of flight, prepaid hotel, high speed rail tickets and tours& tickets product bookings has to be arranged via the Merchant’s customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective flight, prepaid hotel, high speed rail ticket and tours& tickets product purchased of airlines/ suppliers. Offers used for the Eligible Transactions/bookings which are then modified will be considered as invalid. The customers must cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy the offer again. For the avoidance of any doubt, the customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy the offer again if the quota has been used up at the time they book the product again.

7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).

8. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.

9. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

10. Availability of the promo code is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

11. Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

12. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Trip.com. Trip.com is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

13.
