- Consultant or Doctor consultation is required before treatment.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Cardholders have to present your Citibank credit card to enjoy this offer. Photocopies of credit card will not be accepted.
