Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer (as defined in Clause 13) applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Moobi Media Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 12) to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. 12. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 13) promotion period is valid from now to 31 January 2027 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
13. During Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards are entitled to a HK$30 discount upon a spending of HK$300 or above when settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards and successfully enter the Promo Code “CITI30HK” at checkout page of MOOBI online platform (www.mymoobi.com) (“MOOBI Online Platform”).(“Offer”)
14. This offer is applicable only to regular-priced products sold on MOOBI Online Platform.
15. The minimum spending threshold of HK$ 300 refers to the net transaction amount of a single order, after deducting all shipping fees, packaging charges, and other miscellaneous fees.
16. Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to this Offer once per day.
17. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other concurrent offers, discount codes, or gift vouchers available on MOOBI Online Platform.
18. In the event that customer returns goods purchased using this offer, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after the HK$30 discount has been deducted. The discount amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. All products are subject to limited availability and are available while stocks last. The Merchant does not guarantee that any product will always be in stock during the Promotion Period.
20. In case of any dispute, The Merchant reserves the right to the final decision.
