Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). Conrad Hong Kong including its Garden Café, Lobby Lounge, Brasserie on the Eighth, Golden Leaf, Pacific Bar, Nicholini’s and Cake Shop(“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

12. The promotion period is valid from January 20 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 15% off food and beverage by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at Garden Café, Lobby Lounge, Brasserie on the Eighth, Golden Leaf, Pacific Bar and Nicholini’s of Conrad Hong Kong, applicable to dine-in only(“Offer 1”).
14. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 10% off cakes and pastries by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at Cake Shop of Conrad Hong Kong (“Offer 2”).
15. 1-day advance booking and to state the redemption of the Offer 1 when making reservation.
16. Offer 1 is applicable to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 diners, including the Cardholder.
17. Offer 1 is not applicable to corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.
18. Offer 2 is not applicable to festive items. 19. Cake order is required at least 3 days in advance.
20. Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with Hilton Honors, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher, cash coupons and any other special offer/discounts
21. Offer 1 and Offer 2 are not applicable on February 14, February 17 to 20, April 3 to 7, May 10, June 21, September 25 to 26, December 22, December 24 to 26, December 31, 2026, public holidays, fireworks display nights and when tickets are required for entry to restaurants
