1. Eligible Mastercard Cardholders shall mean all Mastercard cards.
2. Room rate is on a per room per night basis and is subject to 10% service charge. The Merchant reserves the right to adjust the offer, should there be any changes in the statutory taxes imposed by the local government.
3. Confirmation under this Promotion is subject to the final hotel room’s availability and is subject to change without prior notice.
4. To enjoy the Promotion, Eligible Mastercard Cardholders must present Mastercard card at check-in for hotel’s staff verification and settle the payment upon check-out with the same Mastercard card. If Eligible Mastercard Cardholder fails to present or successfully settle the payment, the Merchant reserves the right to charge the full price of the booking.  
5. Booking is cancellable and amendable up to 24 hours/ 72 hours (Suites) prior to arrival. Penalty charge equivalent to a one-night room charge at this offer will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours/ 72 hours (Suites) of arrival.
6. To be eligible for the Promotion, advance reservation is required, and it is subject to availability.
7. Promotion is applicable for accommodation purpose only, not for event or commercial use. Eligible Mastercard Cardholders must adhere to guest room’s maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
8. In case of disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of the Merchant shall be final.
9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
