Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s promotion period is valid from now to December 31, 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Credit cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) / Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT Opco”) / Now TV Limited (each a “Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. csl service is provided by CSL; Now TV service is provided by Now TV Limited; NETVIGATOR service is provided by HKT Opco. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only appliable to the Merchant’s csl / Now TV / NETVIGATOR (“HKT Services”) outlets, hotline, and/or direct sales.
4. Service plans and offers are subjected to terms and conditions of the Merchant.
5. Cardholders are required to settle payment of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time. 6. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

This offer is available to cardholders who agree to a designated 36-month commitment period. 18. Subscribe to Offer 1 or Offer 2 to enjoy monthly fees as low as HK$38 for a designated Now TV sports/entertainment combo (“available as an add-on to Offer 1 or Offer 2”). The offer is only available under monthly Now TV service plans with designated commitment period. The subscription fees shown here do not include the SD/HD/4K connection fee and rental fee of a Now TV Set-Top Box. In order to rent a Now TV Set-Top Box (with SD/HD/4K Connection) (“Set-Top Box”), you are required to subscribe to a Now TV service plan with a 24/36 months commitment period and a monthly fee of HK$38 and a one-off installation fee of HKD$980 (if applicable). 19. NETVIGATOR service is provided by HKT Opco and applicable to Offer 1, csl service is provided by CSL and applicable to Offer 2, Now TV service is provided by Now TV Limited and it is available as an add-on to Offer 1 or Offer 2.
20. Offer is only applicable to Designated Sales Channels (such as retail shops, hotline and/or direct sales) by the relevant Merchant, excluding online sales channel (such as csl eShop or e-commerce platforms) (“Designated Sales Channels”).
21. The Offer is also subject to the availability of the Designated Plans which are subject to change and may be updated by the relevant Merchant(s) from time to time without prior notice. Please enquire with the relevant Merchant for details.
22. Service plans and offers of the Designated Services are subjected to terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant.
