“Citi Points Conversion to Shell Voucher(s)” General Terms and Conditions

1. Citi Points Conversion to Shell Voucher(s) Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card(except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").

2. This Service is applicable to Cardholders’ Citi Points Conversion to Shell Voucher(s) (“Redemption”) in Shell’s loyalty program Shell GO+ (“Shell GO+”) via the mobile application of Shell Hong Kong and Macau (“Shell App”).

3. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile numbers registered with Shell GO+(which must be the same as the registered mobile numbers with Citibank) to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can select the Citi Points amount to convert to Shell Voucher(s) and complete the Redemption under the Service.

4. Citibank is not responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of Shell App or system.

5. The minimum value of Shell Voucher(s) that can be converted under each Redemption is HKD100. The maximum aggregate value of Shell Voucher(s) that can be converted by the same Shell GO+ account per day is HKD3,000. The Redemption must be in HKD100 Shell Voucher(s) or its intervals and is subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Eligible Card account.

6. The amount of Citi Points redeemed will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account.

7. The redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi points required for Redemption are based on the redemption rate displayed at the Shell App at the time of redemption.

8. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile number. Such updated mobile number must be the same as the registered mobile number with Shell GO+ in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.

9. Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.

“Citi Points Conversion Reward” Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is valid from July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").

2. Cardholders must register as a member of Shell GO+ (“Member”) on the designated mobile application(s) of Shell Hong Kong and Macau (“Shell App”). The name registered for the Shell GO+ membership must be the same as the one on Eligible Cards (as defined in Clause 15 below).

3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers under this Promotion were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account the equivalent amount of such offers without prior notice.

4. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during Promotion Period and the fulfilment period to be eligible to receive Points Conversion Offer, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit Points Conversion Offer without prior notice.

5. Unless otherwise specified, Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. Points Conversion Offer cannot be transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash or other offers.

6. Availability of Points Conversion Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, and the Merchant’s (as defined below) absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

7. Citibank Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy Points Conversion Offer based on Citibank and the Merchant’s records.

8. Shell e-vouchers will be valid upon crediting by Shell subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go to their Shell GO+ accounts on Shell App for details.

9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant.

11. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

12. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. Unless otherwise specified, the reward only applies to Principal Cardholders of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (“Eligible Cards”) who are also members of Shell GO+ ("Cardholders").

16. During Promotion Period, Cardholders who make a successful Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers in one single conversion (“Redemption”) up to a designated amount with an Eligible Card on Shell App are entitled to extra Shell e-vouchers (“Points Conversion Offer”), subject to the “Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers Terms and Conditions” and the terms and conditions hereof. Details are as follows: Make a single successful Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers (HKD) Extra Shell e-vouchers entitled (HKD) Maximum Extra Shell e-vouchers entitled from Points Conversion Offer during the entire Promotion Period (HKD) Upon converting to minimum $200 or above $20 Unlimited

17. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardholders’ eligibility to earn the extra Shell e-vouchers is based on each one-off conversion made by the Cardholders per day. Cardholders are not entitled to the extra Shell e-vouchers under Points Conversion Offer by combining the amount of converted Shell e-vouchers

(i) different conversions within the same day; or (ii) different days during Promotion Period. For example, a Cardholder is not entitled to any extra Shell e-vouchers under Points Conversion Offer if he/she converts HKD100 Shell e-vouchers in any one day during Promotion Period and converts another HKD100 Shell e-vouchers on another day during Promotion Period ; while a Cardholder who converts HKD200 Shell e-vouchers in a single conversion on any day during Promotion Period will be entitled to HKD20 extra Shell e-vouchers.

18. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of HKD200 in their Eligible Card accounts in order to complete the Redemption to enjoy the offers under this Promotion.

19. Shell e-vouchers will be credited to Cardholders’ Shell GO+ accounts upon successful Redemption. Shell will solely determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the offers under this Promotion based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the fulfilment arrangement of the offers. For any disputes, please contact Shell.

20. Words and expressions used herein unless otherwise specifically defined shall have the same meaning as in the “Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers” Terms and Conditions.

21. This Promotion and all Redemptions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers” Terms and Conditions.

22. Citibank and the Merchant have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the offers under this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.

23. Shell e-vouchers under the Redemption will be credited to Cardholders’ corresponding Shell GO+ accounts by Shell upon successful Redemption, which will be valid upon crediting subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go to their Shell GO+ accounts on Shell App for details.

24. The promotion is also subject to Shell Terms and Conditions. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.

25. Citibank and the Merchant have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the offers at any time without any prior notice.
