General Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promo period starts from March 11 and until August 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). (which may be amended by Citibank and the Merchant in their sole and absolute discretion).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). China Airlines Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

12. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

Specific Offer Terms & Conditions:
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book one way or return flight ticket(s) departing from Hong Kong through the designated (https://www.china-airlines.com/hk/zh/discover/promotion/2025-citibank-offer) or (https://www.china-airlines.com/hk/en/discover/promotion/2025-citibank-offer) to be eligible for the following discount on the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 14) : Business Class (RBD: ‘D’/ ‘C’ / ‘J’) or Premium Economy Class (RBD: ‘E’/ ‘A’ / ‘U’/ ‘W’) to proceeding with full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 12% off per ticket; Economy Class (RBD: ‘T’/ ‘V’/ ‘K’/ ‘M’/ ‘B’/ ‘Y’) to proceeding with full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 9% off per ticket ; Economy Class (RBD: ‘H’/ ‘Q’ / ‘R’/ ‘N’) to proceeding with full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 10% off per ticket (“Offer”).
14. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of airport taxes, fuel surcharges, navigation service surcharge and other miscellaneous charges, all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
15. Any request to apply the discount offer(s) after checkout is not accepted.
16. Departure from Hong Kong to Taiwan (TPE/KHH), the following days are not applicable for this campaign：(2025) 17 April–20 April, 30 April –2 May, 27 June–28 June, 11 July–23 August.
17. Eligible Flights：Only applicable for One-way and Round-trip flight ticket(s) departing from Hong Kong and China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines self-operated flights. This discount is not applicable for code-share flights or itineraries that include segments operated by other airlines, or domestic flight operated by Mandarin Airlines.
18. Infant ticket is not applied for this campaign.
19. The discount does not apply to airport taxes, fuel surcharges, navigation service surcharge and other miscellaneous charges.
20. The tax component of the ticket price may vary and is subject to fluctuation. The actual ticket amount including taxes.
21. The fares detailed in this Offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
22. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
23. Any other matters relating to the ticket offer above that have not been mentioned will be processed according to the China Airlines ticketing rules. China Airlines and Citibank reserves the right to amend, interpret, or terminate these conditions of sale at any time.
