1. The promotion period is from now to August 18, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Treatment offers at NYMG (the “Merchant”) is HK$128 Pain Management Treatment (choose 1 out of 5) with a free SEMG Computerised Spinal Examination and free Doctor Tech Smart Sleep Monitoring Pillow or Strig Pro Smart Artificial Massage Gua Sha Device (choose 1 out of 2) (the “Treatment Offer”).
2. The promotion is only offered at designated centers including Mong Kok, Kwun Tong APM, Central, Taikoo Shing, and Sha Tin.
3. Customer must be a new customer of New York Medical Group (NYMG).
4. Customers must provide promo code NYMG-134047 to make a booking with the Outlet via WhatsApp (852) 6450 0900 or designated online registration form.
5. Customers shall present their Citi credit card upon arrival at the Outlet to enjoy the Treatment Offer.
6. Each Customer can only enjoy the Treatment Offer (for one person only) once during the Promotion Period.
7. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Treatment Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant before receiving the same.
8. Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the treatment.
9. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Treatment Offer without further notice.
10. In case of any dispute in respect of the Treatment Offer, the Merchant has the final decision.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
